It ripped the power meter off the house as well. They were out in a very timely manner, very professional, and had it fixed within a few hours. Absolutely recommend for anyone with any electrical needs. Thanks again!!
- EHEsther HendersonFeb 20, 20221.0Had a Generac installed a few years ago and had no trouble then. Also, had my yard light upgraded two years ago. I decided to add another yard light on the opposite of my house so I called Dale on Dec. 23rd. Didn't get called back. Called in January, was told I was on the schedule list and they would get back with me. Called two weeks ago and got a recording but no call back and called back last week and was told I wasn't on the list for call-back and apparently they didn't want my business. I can no longer do any business and also cannot refer anyone to this company after this kind of treatment. I didn't know he had people working in the office as I had been talking directly to Dale Platz himself but I guess they have gotten too big to deal with small accounts.
