Since my husband moved into our new home in 2020, we have worked with over 13 different contractors and this has been my ONLY negative review. This has also been my worst experience HANDS DOWN! We originally started planning for our fence over 6 months in advance. And we paid a he first half over 4 months before the start of work. The schedule had to be somewhat flexible because of weather and this being tied to another home project. They did not pull a permit after I’d asked this to be done multiple times and then it took over a month to get them out after we’d established 3 separate start dates. Our sales guy, Adam was a challenge to communicate with and would set hollow promises and then would not text to let us know of changes to the plan. Very unreliable. At the last minute, a part was on back order which caused further delays that had never been communicated until I called and spoke to poor Audrey. They finally came out and installed the fence. When I got home it had no gate and no one had messaged me or notified me that we were still waiting for that. Finally, about a month later, I go to schedule our townships final inspection and they never paid the permit which was in our contract. I had to call and text three times and to get it paid. For what it’s worth, the fence itself was nice and the install (minus the gate) took one day. However having to manage them every step of the way is a stress I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Definitely choose another company. Also, the owner despite me having to call and complain multiple times never felt inclined to reach out.

My gate was damaged in a storm. The customer service of this company was above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you to Matt and your team!
