- CCConstantina1 day ago5.0I had Garret and Rich come out to my home to replace my water heater today. They were on time, extremely professional and very personable! They completed the installation in a timely manner, had great care for my home, and cleaned up afterwards. This was my visit from this company. Superb service! I will recommend them for both residential and commercial clients!

Never again. Ps. If they bring a excavator and do not use it.. you will still be charged as if they did. Good Luck! Update: Got a call from Mr Kretsch asking me to remove this post because "it does not represent his work properly. The invoice does not list any of the work we actually did, just what your property manager wanted written!" It has been 2 months and I still do not have a work order for the "real" work done. (only the fraud) If there was never a broken pipe.. why would I even call?
- PSPete SpagnuoloMar 19, 20265.0We had Richard K come back to our home to check on a repair for a clogged pipe they fixed in February. Wife thought it was acting up again. He checked out everything and found no issues, he also fixed a small leak under our sink. Being a little past our 30 day warranty there was still no charge. I would highly recommend Frost and Kretsch for any of your plumbing issues, they have responded both times the same day. We need more service companies with this work ethics, Thanks Richard. We will definitely call again for any plumbing issue we have in the future.
