Their prices ranged from 3 to 6 times other quotes. They could have no quoted instead. Sales person was cordial though.

Louis and the crew did a great job on our porch chimney and some cracked bricks under a window. They also installed a new step and did some tuck pointing around the house. They answered all of our questions and did the job quickly. Very satisfied with the price of the project also. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend them.

The Duerr Brothers are the real deal when it comes to quality brickwork and professionalism! They take pride in their craft and pay incredible attention to detail, making sure the job is done right. They do an excellent job of completing projects in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship. What really sets them apart is their communication and customer service. They’re great, easygoing guys who genuinely work with you to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. They take the time to walk you through each step, explain what they’re doing, and keep you informed along the way. Their communication is top-notch, and that kind of transparency and professionalism makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a brickwork company that values quality, respects your time, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering excellent results, I highly recommend giving the Duerr Brothers a call. You can tell they care about their work and the people they work with.

We could not be happier with our chimney repair, both outside and in the firebox itself, as well as the tuckpointing done on our nearly 50 year old home. The crew was professional, and it was apparent that they enjoy what they do. Communication was great from quote appointment through finishing the job. Most importantly, the repairs blend into the original brickwork without being noticeable. The mortar was dyed to match, and the few replaced bricks are really close to the original. Care was taken inside to protect the floor and reduce the dust when cutting into to existing mortar in the firebox. No mess was left behind. I highly recommend Brick & Level Masonry Restoration.
