I called 3 other places that all disagreed with the diagnosis, I talked to the vice president who swore at me on the phone and lied to me about the part that needed replacing. They took my money and wont return my calls, blocked my number so I cant even leave a message. Took my check to the bank immediately so I didn't even have a chance to defer payment.

- PSP SJan 30, 20215.0My water heater pilot kept going out. The original installer came out to repair. About 30 minutes after he left, the pilot went out again. I couldn’t reach him to come back out. Papa’s took my call Friday night, dispatched Mike first thing Saturday morning. He was early enough to diagnose the problem and get the parts. The price was a little high because it was the weekend, but Mike was courteous, professional, and thorough. Most importantly, the water is repaired and it was done quickly.
