- LLLori1 day ago1.0The mess the crew created has already been taken care of. What is very disappointing is that not a single team member of Retrofoam ever tried to reach out to us to correct the issue after many messages to Retrofoam (Jaxon, Amy, etc.) went unanswered until your reply came through. After spending almost $10,000 on our project we are very unhappy to say the least 🙁.
- MFMs. Carolyn Fox4 days ago5.0The team showed up on time, walked us through the process and started to work. They were friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. They identified a error in the quote and corrected it onsite. We appreciated the honesty of this team and company. We would and are recommending RetroFoam to friends.
- SBsharon bendrey4 days ago5.0From beginning to conclusion my experience exceeded expectations. Jon was amazing , going through the quote , all the information and answering my questions. Follow up questions were answered promptly, communication was great. The guys that did the insulation removal were first rate. Everyone started with a hand shake and introduction. Everyone was on time and professional and clean in the yard. The sprayers, Justin and Anthony were also the same. Everyone did an excellent job all around and I wish to commend them all on caring about doing the job right. I had old basement insulation removed and spray foam insulation done. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
- LRLaura RuffSep 28, 20265.0We had crew#2 spray our retrofoam on our house last week. Simon, Maupin, Kenneth. They seemed very efficient, they cleaned up so nice afterwards, very professional and answered our questions very patiently. Would highly recommend them.
- MBMisty BaileySep 28, 20265.0I had injection spray foam installed last week and I cant believe how impressed I am with noise control & temperature! The 3 gentlemen that did the work were respectful and answered all of my questions professionally and in a way I could understand what they meant! Highly recommend this company!
