Charles from Mitigate X was so responsive and helpful when my basement flooded. It was a Saturday and when I called he was here within a few hours. He came out and talked through what to do and how he could help and answered any question I had. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I hired Mitigate X Restoration for move-out carpet cleaning at my rental property and couldn’t be happier. The carpet looks brand new. If you’re looking for a professional carpet cleaning company in the Metro Detroit area that removes stain and eliminates odors, this is the company to call.

After a major leak at my home in Warren, MI I called mitigate X. After speaking with someone they had a crew out within an hr to assess the damage. They were professional, responsive, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. They dried out everything completely and also helped me with my insurance claim process. I highly recommend this company for your water mitigation needs.

Thanks to these wonderful technicians for helping me with my carpet being cleaned and restored after a water loss from our bathroom toilet, the technicians arrived on time swiftly and jumped on it to speed up the drying progress we couldn’t ask for a better company! This is all thanks to Antonio and his team of technicians.
