  Issiah Thomson came to do a Fall heating tune up. He is very knowledgeble and was amicable . Did all that was necessary and we felf comfortavle that our system was in good shape for the winter. He is a well mannered gentleman and we would ask for him for our future needs.

  ​5/5 Stars – Outstanding HVAC Service and Top-Tier Professionalism! ​I am highly satisfied with the recent installation performed by J&K Mechanical. They installed a heat pump, furnace, ERV, and range hood at my home, and the entire team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. ​Justin came on-site to provide the quote and made the process effortless. His total package pricing was very competitive, and he set us up with a fantastic 5-year, 0% interest financing plan. ​Our installation technicians, Kevin and Andrew, were phenomenal. They worked on all four pieces of equipment over four days, showing immense dedication and attention to detail. Even though the job was originally expected to take three days, they never rushed—they prioritized doing a meticulous, high-quality job above all else. Throughout the project, they were friendly, polite, and always happy to answer my questions. On the final day, despite finishing a bit later than planned, they took extra time to thoroughly clean up their workspace. Their work ethic and professionalism are unmatched. ​To top it off, Kevin offered us an incredible promotional 1-year service plan after the installation. The plan normally costs $300, but because it included a 10% discount on the newly installed equipment, it saved us $600 overall—a complete no-brainer! ​I will definitely be using J&K Mechanical for future projects, including our upcoming water heater replacement. I strongly recommend them for any HVAC needs, especially Justin, Kevin, and Andrew!

  Furnace blower would not spin, had John from j &k heating and cooling come out and diagnose and replace the board in my furnace in a hour. Would recommend this company to everyone.

  We just purchased a home and had an issue with our furnace making a loud noise. My wife searched Google and found 3 different companies, j&k being one of them. We decided to go with j&k because of their being in business for over 40 years, and we are glad we did. Now I'll be honest, it started out kind of rocky because we had the 10-12 time slot, and that time came and went with no notice from them. I gave them a quick call and they assured me that someone would still be coming out, and that the issue was the tech got hung up at the previous job. We completely understood and were glad that they were quick on giving us reassurance that someone was still coming. When Issaiah showed up, he greeted me with professionalism and got right to work. At first the issue we had was minor and he told me that he was only going to charge me for the service call, which was a major win in my book. After he started the repair he ran into a small hiccup, but had the issue resolved in around 15-20 mins. Now before he even started working, my wife and I had quite a few questions for him, seeing as how we just purchased the home, we had some concerns that the furnace might not be in the best condition. Issiah assured us that the furnace looked great and even told us the month and year ot was manufactured! He also told us about their yearly program where you pay a one time fee and you get a lot of great deals and incentives for one low cost! Not only did Issiah come out a provide us with great service, and fix the issue we had, he also spent some extra time to explain that program to us! We would definitely recommend j&k heating and cooling to anyone that asks if we know a good hvac company!
