  We had a cleaning of the Ac and furnace done. Technician was very good. We have an issue and he provided us with quotes and made sure we understood what needed to be done. Price was reasonable. We will call Iceberg for any future needs.

  Service was good. You installed my furnace in December 2025 .it failed inspection. Haven't heard anything since about correcting the issue or another inspection. I leave in October for Florida till May of 2027.?????????

  Iceberg is the way to go, very fair & competitive pricing, very professional & they do same day service with speedy times. Teagan was also a very professional AC tech and he did a great job. 10/10 would recommend Iceberg Heating & Cooling.

  Guy came same day, visit cost went towards the fix costs, seemed pleasant, really put my whole heating and ac systems through full inspection and cleaning even though I was only expecting a fix of my leak. $500 for a ac drain line clog clear is a little crazy.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My AC went out on Friday, I found this company on google. And, I can’t recommend Iceberg Heating and Cooling enough. From the first phone call (after hours) to the completed repair, the entire experience was seamless. I called on a Saturday, and they had me scheduled for Monday. Communication was excellent the whole way through.. I knew who my technician would be, received a call before Jeff arrived, and was able to track his ETA, which made planning my day so much easier. Jeff was outstanding! As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating having someone come out for home repairs because you worry about being upsold or not fully understanding what’s being explained. Jeff immediately put those concerns to rest. Before doing any work, he walked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand, explained what had failed, why it happened, and what my options were. I never felt pressured or rushed. He cleaned my AC unit, replaced the faulty part, and took the extra time to show me how to properly maintain the system so I can help prevent future issues. That level of customer service is rare these days. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I felt informed before he left. Iceberg Heating and Cooling has earned a customer. If you’re looking for a company that’s responsive, professional, honest, and takes pride in their work, this is the one to call. Jeff is a huge asset to their team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Iceberg to my family and friends or even a stranger.
