  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. I recently had my old boiler and hot water heater replaced with a combi unit, along with a new AC installation, and the entire experience was just amazing. Scott was such a breath of fresh air during the sales process—he was incredibly kind and gave me a price that felt truly fair and honest. When it came time for the installation, Eric was the lead at my house, and he and his entire crew were the most respectful professionals I’ve ever worked with. I don’t have all the crew members' names, but I want to give them all a huge shout-out—the way they worked together so seamlessly and stayed so mindful of my space was amazing. Not only was the work top-tier, but they were also incredibly considerate. They even noticed my garbage bins had been emptied and took the time to bring them all the way back to my backyard for me! They took the time to explain exactly how everything works, and the new system is so quiet and efficient. It is so rare to find a company that combines this level of expertise with such genuine heart 💛 Thank you 😊 If you are looking for help with your home, please do yourself a favor and call them!

  After being told what was wrong by DTE, I called Kern. They came out the next morning, found a different problem and fixed it. Also very nice.

  Great experience from scheduling the quote thru installation. Friendly people that explained all the options and helped me choose what was best for my home and my budget. Installers were very nice, and did a super clean installation of the furnace, A/C and water heater. Would absolutely use them again.
