  I highly recommend Kern Mechanical! Our A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures approaching 100 degrees, and they responded immediately. They returned my call promptly, arrived at my house within about an hour, even late in the evening, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within another hour. The technician was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what had failed and verify everything was working properly before leaving. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially for an emergency after-hours service call. It’s hard to find contractors who are responsive, honest, and efficient when you need them most, and Kern Mechanical exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

  Our salon was without air conditioning - we were on waitlist with our current company~ we were referred to Kern, we called & within hours we were back up and running so clients did not have to be canceled. Incredible customer service and efficiency. We are now a Kern customer So grateful!
