Tri City Remodeling is a great company to do business with. We have used their services several times and have been extremely satisfied. The crew did a great job on our home. We look forward to our next project.

Complete shingling on roof. Installation of new gutters and gutter guards. Very satisfied with the work and the crew that did the job!

We had our roof replaced in 2021 with Tri City, and had a great experience working with Phil and the team. We had a drooping roof corner that necessitated a couple visits for tarping prior to the big roof job, and they were happy to send someone to keep us dry in the meantime! Great roofing material and color selection, easy to work with (kept us up to date on delayed start due to rainy weather), cleaned up at the end of each work day, and friendly with our curious puppy. We hope to do more home projects with Tri City in the future!

Exceptional quality of work, design and service. They did a wonderful job from start to finish on our project. Would recommend to anyone. Timing was impacted by delivery of components (Covid supply chain issues), but we knew that going in. Only feedback was that project communication and status was slow and low in frequency, and required that I ask for updates each time. It was a pull instead of the preferred push of information and updates. I would use them again in my next project. I give a 9 out of 10 rating. Thank you!

I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. They took 5 times to install a sump pump correctly, and tried to charge me $4,000 to stain a 500 square foot deck. They were in the process of remodeling my house when it was flooded in 2020 and they took a note off my door from the City of Midland Building Inspector which stated no work should be done in the house until it is inspected by the City per Fema regulations. They took the note, never told me about it, and continued to work on the house. Finally a week later I confronted the company owner about this, Brandon Boothe, and he said he was worried I would be "stressed out" if I found a note and that is why he didn't tell me about it. After sharing my experience with several neighbors four different neighbors told me they knew of Tri City's poor reputation but they did not want to tell me about it because I had already hired them. Had I done my research beforehand I would have seen that they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.
