The hinges on our attic pull-down ladder had become loose and unstable over time, making it feel unsafe to use. A repair technician replaced worn hardware, tightened the frame, and tested the ladder thoroughly before finishing. The repair took about an hour. Compared to before, the ladder feels much sturdier and opens more smoothly without wobbling. We use attic storage frequently, so the improved stability made a noticeable difference immediately. It’s not a major project, but it restored safety and convenience without requiring complete replacement of the ladder system.

I had a problem from the start the day we picked the van up. They didn’t install the right amount of covering for the wall after they said that they would had to go back to next day to install the rest of the wall and then the the runner boards the step up boards. The right side was tucked too far under the van. They had to loosen the screws and pull it out which it only came out an extra foot which it doesn’t give you too much of step on less than a year later the walls are falling off. The screws are coming out. The driver side step up pan doesn’t have a third bracket so it don’t you can’t even step on that or it’ll bend down I have to keep bending it up probably one of the worst experiences ever they charge a lot of money too, and I had to make three trips from there. It was a 40 minute drive each way I called back. The guy said they were gonna mail me screws. I gave them all the information I never got the screws. I never got anything. It’s not a recommendation to go through there. I paid $1000 for the walls which is plastic BS. I could’ve did that myself with aluminum panel from a sheeting metal place and probably would’ve took half the time and I never got my screw screws and as you can see in the photos, that’s not a professional install job they never did the side doors and they never did the back door and if you look at the running boards, they said that was the most step out they had and that’s PS also, it only sticks out about 6 inches. Not a very safe step.

Place used to be a great family business for years, now it’s owned by Whitecap. Another example of corporate takeover and not caring about its customers, especially since they dropped everyone’s account that they have had for years. Unfortunately, they are the only place in the state that can offer work vehicle products.
If you need any working aloft equipment this place has it, from ladders to safety harnesses.& everything in between. Knowledgeable people, top quality equipment at reasonable prices.

Walked in and I was the only person. 5 employees and NO one acknowledged me until I said something. No ladders they carry are made in USA. I really needed an extension ladder today or I would’ve left. The guys that loaded my ladder were very nice!! They should be working the front desk
