  Romario inspected, repaired and cleaned my AC unit after I was without air conditioning for two days during this heat wave. Romario was knowledgeable and courteous. Huge thank you!

  Gary was very professional. Our appointment was 10-1AM, he called at 12:30, to let me know he was tying up his job and should be here by 1:30. He got here at 1:15. I explained my problem, water leaking from the bottom of furnace. He gave me some causes and went about servicing the obvious, to the not so. He explained what he found in English, not technical jargon. Highly recommend Family Heating and Cooling. Greg n Darice

  MATT was O U T S T A N D I N G ! He was polite, professional, very patient, kind, informative, and competent! He fixed my problem. He explained what he was doing and what I needed in an informative way in which I could understand. I want MATT to return twice a year for maintenance and in case of any emergency if he is available.   I had another company earlier at my house and they said it was using old refrigerant that is too cost prohibitive and the only option was to get a new unit. However, Moe, from Family heating and cooling came in, told me that my refrigerant isn’t discontinued, and told me it was a simple recharge. Thanks you Moe for being honest and helping me out during the peak heat. I appreciate you guys and I will always use you guys!
