Romario completed the service call. I was honestly a little stressed about my lack of knowledge regarding furnaces, being a senior and the price. I asked him could I ask questions while he worked. He said absolutely. Needless to say I learned about my own furnace. He was polite, assured me that he could fix the problem and I wouldn't need to purchase a new one. He wore his shoe coverings w/out being asked. Showed me the part that was bad and explained how it works. Explained the service call price and price of part. Very professional, polite, respectful of my space. Highly recommend this company and Romario! Thank you!

Service for my furnace was fast, fair and handle throughly and quickly. Moe did a great job finding the issue straightaway! He went the extra mile with to make sure everything else was in good order. The cleanup was very much appreciated too! Thanks Family H&C for the great service over many years!! Cheers

Disappointed at their lack of safety. Driver was a road bully, aggressive for miles. Professionalism is expected at all areas of the business. Makes me doubt what else goes on when someone isn't watching. This van was following with less than a car length for miles. Open up the full picture, look at the shadows and you will see. Tried to find an email address on the website to contact them; but not readily apparent.

GARY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED ALL THE REPAIRS TO ME. HE INSTALLED THE HUMIDIFIER AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE PARTS AND THEIR FUNCTION. GREAT JOB...I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND APPRECIATED HIS MANNERS AND KINDNESS. I PURCHASED THIS FURNACE MANY YEARS AGO FROM FAMILY H&C AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH ITS PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY. - M. Esam, was the gentleman who provided my family with his experience. I had a rare issue with my cooling system. Family identity what was happening ordered the parts and completed the work to fix my issues in a timely manner. Again Esam was extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and never stopped for a second until the job was done. I would recommend Family heating and cooling for any situation where heating and cooling is needed.
