  Damien was fantastic! He was able to get to my home quickly and repair my A/C just as fast during the busy holiday. He was extremely thorough and made sure everything was operating. He answered all of my questions and educated me on regular maintenance for my A/C. I greatly appreciated his help and quick responsiveness.

  Salvatore Orlando did a great job. He was polite, professional, honest and efficient. He explained what he was doing and what he found. He did not try to sell any unnecessary services. I am so happy to have switched to Randazzo for my heating and cooling needs.

  Dakota and Ethan did an amazing job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and genuinely nice. I would highly recommend Randazzo’s heating and cooling. Their prices are affordable and financings options available. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

  Just a little note thanking your technician Matt Consiglio for a wonderful job on my annual heating and cooling inspection. Matt was very informative of everything he was doing and explained the benefits of this service. Also he explained to me that I should maintain and check in between my annual inspection.   We had Randazzo's out in February to install a brand new HVAC system and water heater. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the team at Randazzo. The installation was completed efficiently and the crew was courteous, knowledgable, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Recently we turned the AC on which was the last appliance to be used. Everything has been in great working order since the installation. We had one issue with the venting done out of the house that we discovered after. It was not done where we were told and created an unsightly look on the side of the house. However the company took accountability for the issue and worked to rectify the problem quickly and at no cost to us. Their willingness to stand by their work and make things right was appreciated. My only disappointment was learning within days after the work that they were offering a promotional buy one get one free on furnaces and air conditioning units that definitely would have been a nice option had it been presented to us as it would have provided significant savings to the cost of the project. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Randazzo's for any project you have need of them for.
