  We had Damien Green over on May 18, 2026 to service our air conditioner for the spring. Damien performed our annual cooling service. I had an appointment so my wife met with Damien. Damien provided us with a detailed report of the service, condition, tests performed, along with several pictures of before and after pictures. Note: Randazzo out of Shelby Twp. has been servicing our home for the past 10 years. In our opinion, Damien was highly professional, knowledgeable, polite and thorough thus we rated him a 5 out of 5 👏

  Charles Roeglin came out and did my annual maintenance on my furnace and AC. I told him the AC has been running for a couple hours nonstop and it wasn't cooling the house down. Still at 77 degrees. He went out and checked it and saw the motor isn't working as good as it should and needs to be replaced. He put an order in for the part. He said everything else seems good. I just hope they can get the part and fix it fast. Cause AC isn't shutting off. It has cooled down because temperature has dropped. Hate to see what my electric bill is going to be next month because it was today & tomorrow is is going to about 90 degrees. Charles did a great job. Thank you Charles.

  Today, we had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Randazzo Technician Isaiah Cooper. My air conditioning system needed annual maintenance, including a refrigerant charge-up due to a leak. Throughout the entire process, Isaiah demonstrated impressive knowledge and courtesy. After thoroughly assessing my air conditioning unit, Isaiah provided a comprehensive explanation of the necessary work to ensure optimal performance. He delved into the intricate interactions between the refrigerant leakage and its impact on the overall system. In addition to his expertise, Isaiah offered a detailed cost estimate and patiently answered all my follow-up questions. Overall, Isaiah’s service was outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable heating and cooling services.

  Do not call Randazzo. If I could give 0 stars I would. They installed a new furnace and ac. Told me financing was 0% for 18 months its actually 24%. The techs left a mess everywhere they did work and didn't relight the water heater or tell me that they didn't relight it. After they left the thermostat didn't work and I had to rewire it myself because when I called for 24hour service I was met with an Ai assistant that told me they were closed. They told me to expect information regarding a city inspection. They sent me nothing and then the city called me saying they were on the way to my house for an inspection. Then the inspector said they didn't pull a permit for the ac. Overall terrible company. Terrible customer service. Get your HVAC work literally anywhere else.

  Overall, absolute horrible experience. Deep regret for choosing Randazzo. Highly inconvenient and nothing offered to make it right, other than “no additional cost”. The poor communication and lack of professionalism really shows. Had the house built, only live here a few months, and already have to have repairs. The fact the had to come to my house four times for a one day process is absurd. They send a text message stating they need 10 feet cleared from all working space. I wasn’t able to park in my garage for three weeks because I had to move everything to the center to maintain clear working space. Visit 1- sales: Mike really did his job and sold the company. He was very friendly. Visit 2- install: Alex and Joe came to install my new ac. Very awkward experience, neither of them are people persons. Walked in my house without boots covers, my ring caught. Walked outside with boot covers on then went back inside, ring caught it. “Mismeasured” resulting in a section of drywall being cut out that didn’t need to be and a hole drilled through the wrong wall. They did not clean up after themselves. There was drywall, wood chips, and miscellaneous pipe section left for me to clean. He didn’t offer a solution for the measuring mistake. I called the office to inquire about it. When I inquired, the photos of the job were looked at, which resulted in finding out the ELECTRICAL WAS NOT up to CODE. Someone was supposed to come out to fix the electrical and drywall. Visit 3- correction: Nathan and a helper came out to rerun the electrical. They were very professional and apologetic. But, they were never told about the drywall repairs. Which lead me to call again to get my drywall repaired. Visit 4 and 5- repair: Jeff came out to repair the drywall. He was unable to finish the repair in one day. He said he would have Ron call to set up an appointment to finish. Two days went by and didn’t get a call. Yet again, it was me who had to call. Waited on hold for six minutes and finally hung up. Awhile later I got a text stating someone would call me to make another appointment.
