  Was told first years maintenance was free and when I went to schedule it they said it would be over $300. Paid around $14k for a system and was lied to about getting free maintenance. Pay that much and a year of maintenance minimum should be included. Go elsewhere you can get the system cheaper

  Sam did maintenance on my furnace and change my filter. I mentioned to Sam that I thought I smelled gas and he checked it out for me and said that I have a gas leak and to call DTE. Thank you Sam and I did call DTE and they came out right away.

  Fantastic!! We tried turning our Furnace on this morning and it wouldn’t ignite so we called Randazzo a little after 4 AM was able to schedule an appointment with their automated service. Jacob came out before 11 AM ,took care of the issue and we are now warm. We will share your information with our family and friends !Thank you so much!

  Not only do I have family members telling me about their poor customer service and rude workers, I wouldn't even trust them to work on my stuff when they can't control their road rage! First of all, my mom tried to get them to install a new thermostat. We requested to have them call during certain hours because my mom works from home. They called her during her work hours while making phone calls to clients! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I guess they only want to go by their own schedule, because when they showed up to work on the installation, they made so much noise! We specifically asked them to do this installation at a certain time so that it would not affect her work. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt.. thinking that maybe it was just a one-time thing.. Then, my grandpa wanted to get a heating system installation from this business and they were incredibly dismissive and did not respond to estimate requests for days! They also claim to have no charge for a free estimate.. he was charged almost $100. Crazy how they treated my elderly grandpa with such disrespect when he just wanted to get a new heating system from this company. Now that I have experienced firsthand how this business operates, I felt like the 3rd time they did something improper that it was time to leave a review. I was passing one of their work vans because they were going 65 in the left lane (for some reason..) and they decided to get angry and roll up next to me.. for passing them, mind you. Then proceeded to speed up to over ~85, cut me off, and slam on their brakes multiple times to try and get me to hit them. Ridiculous.. could almost say it represents what their company values. Money hungry and scammy business tactics. Seems like their employees' ego also plays a big part in how this business operates. 🙄

  Brian was out today for a “late “ air conditioner check( that i forgot to schedule earlier) He provided awesome service , was thorough and explained EVERYTHING I needed to know in understandable language! I appreciated his knowledge he shared, his expertise, and his friendly, helpful attitude. Im so glad I switched back to Randazzo for maintenance service. Dealing with Brian reaffirms my decision. Thank you for hiring such great workers!
