  Extremely unprofessional . Company was promoting the installation of Govee lights on picket signs on the road. Reach out to them in early December and two young men came and installed them. One was named Cory. There was a section in the front of my house that they were never able to figure out and the lights never worked. After installing the lights, they came one additional time to try and fix the section that wasn't working; however, still was never able to figure it out. Cory ended up ghosting me and has stopped returning my calls and texts. Only reason I'm now writing this review is because I've noticed a few of the Govee light falling from the soffit that they were attached to. So on top of the poor and unprofessional lack of communication, but the job itself was poorly done. Stay away

  Veey satisfied and I would not hesitate to reccomend them to friends. I dealt with 6 people from estimator, Installers, and Operations manager. Every one of them.was professional. The crew worked hard and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They also happened to be the lowest priced out of four estimates. They even painted the wood replaced to match. Easy guys to work with.

  BEWARE of this incompetent company. This company came onto my property and started to tear gutters off my house without my consent. Somehow they came to the wrong house (two days in a row might I add) and for some reason didn’t check before they trespassed and started work on our house without our consent. Jacob was supposed to rectify this situation but ATLEAST replacing the other front gutter as they do not match now. But obviously Jacob is unwilling to fix his company’s incompetent mistake.

  Beware of this incompetent and unprofessional company! Workers from J&A trespassed onto my property and started ripping off my gutters without my consent or knowledge. I was working in my home office when I heard a noise in my roof, I disregarded it because, surely there’s nobody on my roof, why would there be? I finally went outside to find to two strangers not only trespassing on my property, but ripping off my gutters. Somehow they were sent to my house instead of their actual job site and began working without even so much as a knock on the door. I had to tell them multiple times to stop working, they were at the wrong house. They just kept repeating this was the address they were supposed to be at. When they finally contacted a supervisor they then got the point that they were not supposed to be there. To make matters worse, the next day they sent someone else back to my house again who was supposed to be at different job! I spoke with Jacob about making things right, seeing as I now have mismatched gutters on the front of my house, and they changed the location of my downspout without my consent, and he agreed he would, but it’s been weeks and I have not heard a word from him. I was perfectly happy to sweep this invasion of my property under the rug, since Jacob said they were going to make it right, but it seems the company isn’t interested in being true to their word. DO NOT give this company your money or trust.

  I had a great experience with J&A Exterior Seamless Gutters. Their team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job installing my seamless gutters. They took the time to make sure everything was custom-fitted properly and explained the process clearly. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s clear they care about protecting homes from water damage. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of exterior services and truly understand the needs of Michigan homeowners. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and left everything clean when they finished. I would highly recommend J&A Exterior Seamless Gutters to anyone looking for quality gutter installation, repairs, or exterior services.
