  We had a very disappointing experience. A gutter was added on an angle over a trim piece and not properly positioned under the drip edge of the roof. Water is pouring behind the gutter and into our soffit. They would not respond to fix.***** They also broke one of our lights and left areas unpainted. Not to mention we realized another gutter was not properly screwed together so it came apart during a storm and was pouring down the side of our house under our deck. Moving is always stressful, they talked us into a full replacement of our gutters and we feel immense disappointment with the lack of follow thru to make things right when we paid them SO much money!! Lesson: you don't always get what you pay for... Be advised..So many other reputable companies out there may be a better option. Use this company at your own risk ... if mistakes are made on their behalf, they won't make it right.

  Very disappointing experience with J & A Exterior Seamless Gutters. My sister spent her hard-earned money on their work, and as the attached photo shows, there are issues that still need to be addressed. She has reached out multiple times, and although they may respond, they have repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Mistakes can happen, but standing behind your work and making things right is what matters. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been her experience. A frustrating waste of money and a disappointing lack of follow-through. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

  Excellent company to work with. They had some challenges putting up my Govee lights initially due to the stucco finish on the house, but overcame and did a great job. Special shout out to Hunter who made sure they looked good, the lights were connected, and gave me a little lesson in how to program. Thanks gents Paul

  DO NOT HIRE. We got gutters and facia board replacement done to the tune of $5000. We have desperately tried to get them back to fix a few items they promised to fix. The most important is the gutter that needs to be removed and reattached after the trim board is removed (no previous gutter there). It rains behind it right over the new facia board. It's like 8' long and not a huge job at all. We have set up 3 appointments and no shows every single time. And in setting these up I had to make like MULTIPLE calls and texts to get one reply. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Stringing me along and they will you too if you hire them. Read the Google and Facebook reviews. These are a bunch of kids doing gutters that have no business skills. The best BUSINESS is your customers so follow through on what you promised (and what they paid for). Matt. Dailey. Jacob- please stop ripping people off. My neighbors are stunned at the gutter that was installed over the trim piece, so the drip edge doesn't work. The one neighbor - 'there is no way they were real gutter guys because even I know that'. And the pieces of gutters left attached... real wild stuff. Lazy. Poor. On google they respond to 'please reach out to them' after a bad review. Many I might add. The issue is THEY won't respond and ghost people. Pretty offensive and just plain stupid to reply like that. YOU follow up with YOUR customers and maybe they would remove these honest reviews. My pictures will be on Google. And I'm inviting everyone over to view this job and encourage them too, to make a review. They see it.. they can be honest with their thoughts. Lastly, I'm submitting a BBB report as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS

  SCAMMERS!!!! Look at this horrendous work they did on my mother’s house! They did this work on July 27, and STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THEIR WORK! They keep telling my mom they’re going to come and she keeps rearranging her schedule and they just don’t show up and don’t give her any reason or heads up as to why. They were reported to the Better Business Bureau, and they told my mom they’re wouldn’t fix the work until the report was removed. INSANE. I talked to them on Sep 4 after they no call now showed he said they’d get there the following week but couldn’t commit to a date or time “maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, morning or afternoon”. They showed 9/10 to look at the work at said they’d be back 9/14 and still haven’t come back. They were rescheduled yet again for today and again another no call no show. My mom called and he said “my guy should be there”. I cannot believe how much they’re taking advantage of my elderly mother. 9/17 UPDATE: Called again this morning and demanded they go in today. No explanation as to why they didnt show up yesterday. No reason as to why they couldn't go today. Said they would go in next week. After fighting with them to commit to a date and time they said Monday at 11am. I will report back.
