  J&A Exteriors did an outstanding job installing seamless gutters on my home! The quality of their work was excellent, and everything looks fantastic. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. I was on a tight deadline to get the project completed, and they went above and beyond by coming late in the day to make sure the job was finished on time. That level of dedication meant a lot. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Jacob and Dailey kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend J&A Exteriors to anyone looking for quality workmanship, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their customers.

  I recently remodeled my home (less than 2 months ago) and my gutters are already leaking. I have been trying to call him for the last 3 weeks and my calls continue to get ignored. This has been terrible service. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star even though they offered me $100 gift card to Amazon to leave a positive review.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Completely unprofessional. This company was a no-show on two separate scheduled days and never once contacted me to explain why. The only communication I received was because I repeatedly called them. After five weeks, two-no-shows and zero communication, I concluded they had simply canceled my order without the courtesy of telling me. They showed a complete lack of respect for my time and failed at the most basic part of customer service – communication. I would not recommend this company.

  I greatly recommend J&A seamless gutters!!!! From start to finish the experience was excellent. They arrive on time, were professional and courteous, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. They answered my questions and made sure we understood what was being done. The installation was completed efficiently. If you are looking to have gutter repairs please reach out to J&A. We would not hesitate to use them again!!
