  Never arrived when they were suppose to had to call to fi d out why they didn't show and was told it was rescheduled cost my husband 2 days of missing work the manager was suppose to call him and never did then was told it could take up to 3 days to hear back biught shed in June and it was finally just installed terrible communication and customer service wouldn't recommend company

  From initial discussions with my Sales Rep Adam to the installation by John, everything went smoothly. This is the most durable shed I have ever seen. I highly recommend Tuff Shed Livonia if you are looking to have a shed built. They communicated with me every step of the way!

  Very happy with my newly installed “TUFF SHED”. From the start my salesman Matt was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on his companies products; as well as guiding me through every step of the process from design, purchase, permitting, preparation, and installation. The whole process took about 3 weeks (2 weeks of that just for permitting). Once I received the go ahead from my local municipality scheduling of installation only took about 3 days. On installation day the process was efficient taking about 2.5 - 3 hours from start to finish. The two men that installed my shed had a strong attention to detail ensuring I felt satisfied with the quality control aspect of the installation. Although pricing was comparable to other custom designed product offerings. I would strongly recommend “TUFF SHED” for custom shed projects; especially in a market some-what saturated with competitors.

  Adam at Tuff Shed Detroit did an excellent job guiding me and helping me design my shed. I had special requirements that the shed had to be sided and roofed with the same siding and roofing as my house. Tory and Anthony did the install and did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was excellent and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed, great quality, worth the money and excellent service!
