  Very happy with my newly installed “TUFF SHED”. From the start my salesman Matt was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on his companies products; as well as guiding me through every step of the process from design, purchase, permitting, preparation, and installation. The whole process took about 3 weeks (2 weeks of that just for permitting). Once I received the go ahead from my local municipality scheduling of installation only took about 3 days. On installation day the process was efficient taking about 2.5 - 3 hours from start to finish. The two men that installed my shed had a strong attention to detail ensuring I felt satisfied with the quality control aspect of the installation. Although pricing was comparable to other custom designed product offerings. I would strongly recommend “TUFF SHED” for custom shed projects; especially in a market some-what saturated with competitors.

  Adam at Tuff Shed Detroit did an excellent job guiding me and helping me design my shed. I had special requirements that the shed had to be sided and roofed with the same siding and roofing as my house. Tory and Anthony did the install and did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was excellent and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed, great quality, worth the money and excellent service!

  Buyer beware. Tuff Shed Livonia has trouble with quality control and customer service. The pre-assembled modules for our shed were sloppily constructed and had extreme deviations from the designed patterns. This caused large gaps and badly misaligned carpentry throughout the structure. The installation crew and the local leadership team were evasive when we expressed concern. We spent three weeks negotiating, escalating and hosting several installer visits. Rainwater entered the shed twice during that time. The core concerns were addressed only after a BBB complaint and engaging several levels of management. The shed no longer leaks, but our overall confidence in the structure is low. Aesthetics are poor due to misfitting trim, improper drip edge installation, etc. The overall haste and inattention that Tuff Shed displayed has made this a disappointing transaction.
