  I would strongly advise not using this company for home renovations. My grandparents paid this company over $70,000 for an expansion project that never even started. We were repeatedly told permits had been submitted and were causing delays, but when we checked with the state, we were informed that no permit applications had been filed. After months of excuses and no work being done, we requested a refund and received no clear answer. Extremely disappointing experience. Based on what happened to my family, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

  We were extremely pleased with the services provided by Modern Pros. Jessie came out and we explained our drainages issues. He quickly evaluated what should be done as a first step to help reduce the cost. Once we signed the contract we were kept informed by Jon the project manager where they were in the process getting us in the queue for installation. The installer was amazing and you would never know any work was done. All debris was removed without a trace. Highly recommend.

  Very professional and cleaned up everything before they left every day. I stalled new windows, new central air, new attic fan. Brought my hot water heater up to code. Attached my dryer hose permanently to the Vent. They were all great guys to work with.

  Modern Pros came through. Needed an Emergency roof repair. Took care of the problem same day as the estimate. Great team to work with.

  I selected the Modern Pros for exterior wall insulation after interviewing four companies recommended by Angi. Two companies gave estimates that were more than double of the other two. While the Modern Pros and the other company had similar estimates, only the Modern Pros had a suite of other services offered (the other only did insulation). These days, there is a comfort in having a good one-stop shop for handyman services. Two crews came out to do light repairs on exterior trim and to add the exterior wall insulation. Both crews were courteous, came when they said that they would be there, did their work, and kept me in the loop on what they were doing and on their progress. I’m completely satisfied and would hire them again in a minute.
