  When changing out a vanity sink in our tiny, full bathroom, we ran into issues due to old plumbing pipes (bungalow house built in 1941 in Berkley, similar to those in Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, & Pleasant Ridge houses). The shut-off valves for our sink were leaking and the toilet shut-off valve needed to be moved. Self-repair created more challenges and frustrations. Called Rock Service Pros and they were able to get us on their schedule within 24 hours. Corey and the little guy, Avery, came to resolve the issue, and within an hour all leaks were fixed, shut-offs replaced, and they even changed out some old pipe that needed to be replaced. Price was very reasonable, and they were fantastic at being efficient and cleaning up when done. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this company.

  BEWARE: Do yourself a favor and read the 1 star reviews. They speak louder than the 5 stars. I agreed to and paid the $250 emergency dispatch fee with no issue. Before the technician arrived, I clearly explained that the rest of the building had hot water and the problem was isolated to the one part of the building only. After arriving, the technician did not identify the cause of the issue. Instead, he immediately suggested replacing the main water heaters, despite the fact that they were providing hot water to the remainder of the building. When that recommendation was questioned, the next suggestion was to begin replacing valves until the problem was found, with an estimated cost of $10,000. No actual diagnosis was provided. No root cause was identified. No report was given explaining the failure or recommending a specific repair. Despite this, I was charged a $500 "diagnosis fee." When I asked what the diagnosis was, I was essentially told the charge was because management said so. The “plumber” on site was in conversation with his supervisor throughout the visit. I subsequently emailed the company disputing the fee and requesting a refund. I have received no response. Charging for an emergency service call is reasonable. Charging $500 for a diagnosis when no diagnosis was made is not. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I’d be hesitant to anything other than clearing a drain for these guys. Working with plumbers in the area laughed when I told them I called this company for an emergency call. They said they’ve changed their company name but still trash and known for called like described.

  I wish my service tech would have pushed it a little bit further, he didn't get the train cleaner thing all the way out to the street, but 90% the way out there, I think he could have pushed and work on it a little bit harder to get it all out, I hope this results my problem but if you didn't go all the way to the city sewage line I don't think it was fully done myself, I hope it gets me through, but I'm very leery about it now the more I think about it

  Very unsatisfied with the way I was treated by their tech Patrick Toipin. I was charged almost $4000 to install a water softener, I had already purchased. So just for the install. He sat in his truck for over forty five minutes to come up with an estimate, which he never showed me, only told me the total. Then, had to leave my home and go to Lowe's for over an hour and a half to pick up parts that he should have already had with him. Then when I asked for a itemized recipe, I was told the company does not provide that and would not be giving me one. I received no paperwork on the work done. I was never told how to set up my own water softener, or how he set it up. I feel as a senior citizen I was taking advantage of. I would really like the company to reach out and explain your company policy with providing no paperwork of any kind on work being done by them. Very unsatisfied

  Tarrick Al-Samhouri did an incredible job rerouting the air returns for my kitchen renovation. From start to finish, he was incredibly approachable and always took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He was highly respectful of my home and space throughout the entire process. The workmanship is top-notch, and he made a complex part of the renovation completely stress-free. I highly recommend Tarrick for his professionalism and excellent service! 5 stars ⭐️ for Rock Service Pros.
