  We had an emergency plumbing issue and Eric came out within the hour and took really good care of us. From his excellent communication and quick and thorough service, we will definitely be using him again when needed!

  We had Eric come out for a call to fix our sump pump. Eric was very knowledgable and worked quickly to replace our old (17 year old) dead pump. He also suggested replacing the check valve as it was a very old model possibly could cause problems in the future. Eric was very nice and very thorough in fixing our issue. Would 100% recommend and use them again.

  You can tell when a company hires the right people. I’ve been having an issue with my AC and every other company sold me parts that don’t work or something else. The guy Rock sent was phenomenal. He figured out the problem within 5 minutes and the whole time it had to do with a loose wire on the board. I couldn’t believe after that all money spent on other companies that’s what it was. THANK YOU BIG T!

  Its really hard finding a good HVAC tech. After my main guy got deported randomly i went through 3 more guys. I was Hesitant using rock pros at first since i usually stick with the smaller guys but i just so happened to bump into T at the autozone. he got me on schedule and fixed the ac at my shop. T is a beast. give this man a raise

  I previously contacted another company regarding my AC issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to identify or resolve the problem. Thankfully, I reached out to Rock Service Pros, and they were able to send Tarrick out the very same day. Tarrick was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly assessed the system, identified the issue, and was fully equipped with everything he needed in his service van to complete the repair during the initial visit. Not having to schedule another appointment or wait additional days for parts or service was greatly appreciated. With the extreme heat we have been experiencing here in Michigan, being without air conditioning for several days was incredibly difficult. The fact that Rock Service Pros responded so quickly and Tarrick was able to resolve the issue the same day made a tremendous difference. Tarrick was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. His customer service and technical expertise were outstanding.
