  My tech Andrew I believe his name was as I lost the business card as soon as I left was fantastic! Quick and professional and friendly. I will be using him again to install a new water tank at our home. Thank you for the fast and prompt service!! Highly recommend!!

  Our representative, Andrew Avery, was fantastic! He was punctual and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us know each step he was taking and why. We had a leak in the shower and it only took a couple of hours to fix everything. My husband brought out the vacuum but Andrew had already cleaned up! We are very thankful and appreciative of the GREAT service we received!

  They came to mine and my brother’s house today to give us an estimate on a glogged drain, did the estimate and we are really pleased and had no problem with them being able to squeeze us in on the second of July to get problem taken care of they were very polite and understanding I would recommend them to everyone that has any problems call Rocket Service Pros

  Last year, I removed my deck and called ultra plumbing, now rock service pros, to move my discharge line away from my foundation in preparation for a new concrete patio. The men who came out were kind and respectful, but I was not available at home to monitor their work. Fast forward 1 year later- the discharge from the sump was too much for the grass to handle and caused flooding. A month ago, my landscaper dug and realized there were holes drilled into the sides of the pvc pipes leading from my home. Due to putting concrete over the buried sump pump line, we don't know if the plumbers drilled holes in the PVC near the foundation at the beginning of the sump pump discharge line leading out of my home. Owner of rock service pros came out twice for "workmanship review", said he would need to review notes and pictures but never came through with that info. I assume he didn't have it. Later said he would camera area under concrete for free and sent quote for my new work ( my city code is to connect to storm sewer, so that was a new job I had to have done) . I declined them doing my new work due to the previous issues. Stated he would not camera the line under the concrete to see if holes were drilled in those PVC lines since we are not choosing them to do the new work. City inspector on site for new work and every other plumber who has assessed were appalled by the work completed by rock service pros. Permit was also required according to the city but never pulled by them. The concern is water under the patio and near my foundation causing instability. Rock service pros is not taking responsibility nor attempting to remediate.
