  Courtes crew and they were effecient. They are hard workers and Home Genius should keep them. They cleaned up my property after their work and scrubbed down the siding after. Andrew was super nice and helped out getting this going and project manager Jon Crow was very communities and friendly.

  I first heard about this company when they were in my neighborhood knocking door to door. I agreed to have them come out for the sales pitch, only because the guy was so nice, but I figured I'd just cancel, having had a bad experience with a different company that was also knocking door to door. For reference, the bad company, Iin 2022, quoted me $40,000+ with high pressure sales tactics, and I thought that Home Genius was the same. I'm glad I forgot to cancel the sales appointment, because I was so wrong. David was our salesperson, he was personable, knowledgeable, and very upfront and honest. We knew we needed a roof, but had been putting it off, so we weren't surprised that he told us we needed a new roof. We were pleasantly surprised at the quote, which was more than fair, and almost 1/3 of the cost of the bad company. They were ready to schedule as fast as the following week. When we told them that we needed a few weeks to come up with the money, they were completely fine with that. We gave our 10% deposit, and then scheduled it for a few weeks out. We ended up needing to reschedule twice, and they were more than happy to do so. The crew came out on a Monday morning and was done the same day. They were polite, and conscientious. They had no issues with my 7 year old son watching excitedly, and asking questions. They cleaned up, and then Jon came back Wednesday to do another sweep for nails, pick up the unused materials, and do a final follow up. Everyone was great, everyone was friendly, and the roof looks fantastic. They even were more than happy to accommodate when I changed my mind about the drip edge and flashing color.

  I'm very satisfied with my new roof. The crew was fast, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Eli the project manager did an excellent job communicating and ensuring that everything was installed properly.

  My experience with the Home Genius Exteriors crew was very pleasurable, very knowledgeable employees and very interpersonal. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain everything and the work was outstanding. Everybody has been so very helpful and knowledgeable. I thank you all so much. Eli the project manager was wonderful. It was certainly an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
