  We just had our new Calacatta Idillio countertops put in by Granite City! What an absolutely amazing job they did. From the first interaction with Ervin and Rudina to pick and help with our options. To Genti their measuring rep. To Berti and his crew for demolishing the old countertops and installing the new ones. All of them, their professionalism and great pricing! THANK YOU for an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

  I had quarts installed last Friday, when I went in to pick out my quartz I was told there would be a seam in the middle of the sink. That was ok, I know they have to seam it someplace, it’s always by the sink. When the installers came out, my counter came in two pieces. There is a seam right in the middle of my counter. I can feel it when I wipe it down. I was not told there would be an additional seam. Everyone I have talked to said there should not be a seam there. They told me when I called them that was the only way to install it. I should have been notified or had a diagram of the installation ahead of time. I would not have done it. They didn’t care about my concern. I would not use them again. I was the third person in my family to use them. The others only had one seam same pattern, same kitchen setup. Not happy with them.

  Great service from start to finish. Sales gentleman was friendly and not pushy whatsoever when browsing the showroom which was refreshing. Set up measurements and installation on the spot, very fast turnaround time. Beautifully cut stone, sink installation and fast service when at our house. Pricing is excellent, 8k cheaper than a quote we got through Costco/their 3rd party. Will be using Granite City again and recommending to anyone in search of stone! Thank you for making our new kitchen counters an enjoyable process!

  Recently renovated bathrooms using Granite City quartz and quartzite for countertops and porcelain for shower walls. The inventory to choice from is amazing! Eddie was so helpful and informative about the materials. Installation was great! Highly recommend them!

  I loved dealing with Granite City! They were knowledgeable and so helpful. The prices were reasonable and once we chose the granite, it was measured and installed within a couple of weeks!
