  Genesis Construction did a great job on our two-faceted, smaller project from first contact to the completed project. Chris responded to the request for quote right away and was willing to take on the job, though it was smaller. We had a gutter repair and addition of a downspout, plus replacement of damaged siding on the house. Everything went off smoothly, on time without a problem. The workers were professional and the project results were great.

  We had our roof replacement done by Chris and his crew and the Job was completed in a single day in the middle of winter right before we had major snow coming down. Communication was easy and uncomplicated and the price was also good. I can highly recommend going with him.

  If you’re looking for the best roofing company in Southeast Michigan, especially around Livonia, Farmington Hills, Novi, Plymouth, or surrounding areas, I highly recommend Genesis Construction LLC. I had several roofing companies come out for quotes, and most of them immediately tried to create urgency and push for a full roof replacement. Chris from Genesis took a completely different approach. He actually got up on the roof, did a full inspection, and walked me through everything in detail. He checked the shingles and even tested the adhesive strength, inspected the plywood decking, looked at flashing, ventilation, and overall roof condition. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he was honest and told me my roof is still in good shape and could last a couple more years. What really stood out was his recommendation for a “tighten-up” plan. They can come out, re-secure any loose shingles, seal problem areas, and extend the life of the roof. No pressure, no scare tactics, just honest advice based on experience. On top of that, their pricing for both repair and replacement was very fair and affordable compared to other quotes I received. It’s rare to find a contractor that values honesty over a quick sale. Genesis Construction earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be using them when it’s time for a full replacement. They also handle gutters, windows, and exterior work, so they’re a great all-around company to know.   Great service. The team showed up the next day to fix some major damage. Extremely professional, easy to deal with, and made my roof look like nothing happened.

  I decided to use Genesis Construction on my house after I saw them working on an apartment complex down the road. I 100% would recommend. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was shocked that it only took one week from first contact to a completed roof on my house, and the install only took one day! They also made sure to be careful around my yard and had everything cleaned up very nicely.
