Do not buy Carrier products. They'll string you along for months and never give you a warranty. They only deal with contractors, but will glad take your money!

Terrible place to pick up equipment. They are lazy here. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. Waited an hour to get loaded! What a joke!

They never answer the phone. For a company that presents itself at this level, you would expect someone to pick up. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

If they answer the phone, it takes forever or they answer by asking you to leave a message: I call Lansing and they answer very quickly. Going to the back to get parts: this is a hit or miss and they’re either right there and efficient, or it takes forever and you have to ring the bell multiple times.
