  I would recommend Arpino Cement without hesitation. Dave was easy to approach and offered a reasonable price with a cement job well done. Pat his dad is the 'the man'. Would love to see his work ethic as the bench mark of any enterprise.

  This is probably the only time in my life I'll be getting a driveway replaced, and I'm really glad we went with Arpino. Our house is 100+ years old and sometimes I think the driveway and garage floor are original. Both were so worn that they shed stones whenever we shoveled snow or swept them off. We decided it was time to have them both replaced with new cement. One call to Arpino was all it took to get things started. David was prompt and attentive all through the project. His quote was reasonable and his explanation of the options and plans for the project clear. His schedule and ours lined up best with them doing the work while we were on vacation in the UP. Knowing they are a local, family business, we felt very comfortable with them there while we were away. All through the project David kept us up to date. As is inevitable, a few surprises found once they got started. The effort required was more than he had planned for, and the hot weather changed the schedule a couple times. Since he'd explained these were potential issues, we understood and agreed with his proposed changes. The delay meant we got to meet his friendly crew. Including his son and 80+ year old father who used to run the business and is still spending time at customer sites. Even though the changes are sure to have cost him, as did the need to replace the garage door sensors that got in the way of the removal, he stood by his quote. One thing he wasn't sure he could do was guarantee that we would be rid of a big puddle between the front door and garage. It just wasn't clear that the elevation of the land would allow for the proper slope. We just had our first big rain last night, and this morning there was no standing water anywhere. Perfect again. At the end of the day we have a beautiful garage floor and driveway that will last effectively forever.

  Dave & team are great. They did clean, quick work and my driveway looks amazing. Water draining was previously an issue and they resolved this. Dave is quick to respond, well-versed in his field and more importantly able to communicate that knowledge to a customer that knows nothing of the craft. After countless headaches with other contractors, I couldn't be more satisfied by the work done by Arpino Cement

  Extremely pleased with Arpino Cement. We were given a choice of materials for our driveway. They started our job within two weeks of our contract acceptance. Definitely let us know when they would start and were right on time each day. We were welcome to watch them work and the crew were very professional and hard working. The driveway looks great.
