So I reached out to Bruce Johnson Plumbing through their website and I was impressed with how quickly I hear back from the form that I submitted online! They were quick to get me on their schedule and when the tech, Max, was on his way to the property he called to let me know he was about 10min away. Great communication! He was very knowledgable and attentive to the problems we were experiencing ... and although he didn't think a sump pump was appropriate for our situation (he didn't try to sell me something that wasn't the right fit) instead he took the time to share some ideas for alternative waterproofing solutions. Overall, a great experience and if there is a plumbing issue that comes up in the future, I know who I will be calling.

They have been out to our home many time to fix things like frozen pipes, leaky faucets and to install a new water heater. We always paid and always called them first when we needed services. Yesterday I called and set up an appointment to have a water softener installed. They called me after my appointment time to tell me they would not be coming out because they don’t usually service manufactured homes. Funny because they never had a problem the 5 other times they came out to do service for us.
