- DHDennis HerbertSep 26, 20265.0We are very pleased with both the flooring and carpet that was installed. Ryan, who installed the flooring, was very kind and took a lot of pride in his job.It looks beautiful. The installers who did our carpet were both very nice and they were precise about the installation of our carpet. What a difference it makes in the appearance of the inside of our house. We thank you, Dave, as the owner of Brough’s carpet for the quality of carpet and flooring that you carry at your store. Also, your concern about the sounds that were made on our original flooring, It’s so nice to walk on now and so quiet, too. Thank you again. Linda and Dennis Dennis Herbert

- JBJennifer BurnhamAug 20, 20265.0I hired Brough Carpets to install luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire house and carpet in one bedroom, and they did an incredible job. The crew was punctual, respectful, and highly skilled, keeping the whole-house project smooth and stress-free. The LVP transitions are flawless, the bedroom carpet looks perfect, and they left my home completely spotless. Highly recommend!
- JLJason LeachAug 4, 20265.0I recently had my first experience with Brough carpet, in which I mainly dealt with David. He was an absolute professional. I also dealt with Lisa over the phone and she was kind, courteous, and supportive. The installer, Waylan, did an awesome job, proving to be courteous and proficient, just the same. I will work with Brough Carpet with any future needs, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some quality flooring. I am grateful for the team at Brough Carpet.. -J Leach
- BSBryan SmithJul 18, 20265.0It was an awesome experience working with their staff, from picking out the carpet, scheduling the installation and working with the installers. Our carpet had a unique design and pattern and they matched it perfectly and can’t even notice the seams. Also they did our stairs which looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them and or use them for our next flooring needs.
