  I will definitely call this company again! I appreciate Max for fixing all the repairs and doing a great job. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful cleaned up everything which is very important! I’m impressed with everyone that I have talked to at Michigan Plumbing! Great Company!

  My mom had an issue with her sink, I called Michigan Plumbing, they were able to get a technician out in under an hour. He assessed the problem, called with his solution and the cost, went about fixing the issue and was out in just under an hour's time. The technician, Adam, was friendly, efficient and did a great job.

  I thought the men worked really hard at the job, especially after troubleshooting an unexpected issue. My only real concern is that I thought the sewer line would be replaced right up to the curb which it wasn’t. Also when the sewer was originally scoped, there was a disconnection to be found and I was told it was no longer there after the fix. I thought the disconnection was at the street line. I only wish I was offered a scope after the job for visual verification and peace of mind. Even though I was told it was fixed, I still would have liked visual verification since we did not go up to the curb line.

  Had them out to replace a busted outdoor faucet last fall, go to use it for the first time the next spring and it had burst. Never had a hose hooked to it or anything and they won't stand behind their product. Allowed their service tech to call us liars and talk down to us. Poor/refusal to communication from management. Absolutely do not recommend. $600+ to use it one (while leaking into my basement ) then another $600 if we wanted it fixed....

  It was a pleasant experience. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time, effort and energy to clear a drain. The problem ended up being more complex than expected. He remained friendly and helpful. He did not charge me when he realized how complex the problem was. I am grateful for his time and effort and his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I am especially grateful that I was not charged when the problem could not be rectified. Even though the problem could not be resolved, it was still a pleasant and positive experience.
