When another install got moved, Caleb gave me a call to ask if we could move our date up, which was awesome! He and Nick were so nice and accommodating during the install day, too!

I called Ingstrup and they were able to send Nick out on Saturday to evaluate the problem and manually open the door so I could get my car out. He returned on Monday to replace a broken spring and get the door working again. Nick was super friendly, professional, arrived on time (early actually), knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The office staff was great too. I definitely recommend Nick at Ingstrup! My dog loved him too!
