  Ryan and Byron did an exceptional job installing my new garage door. They were very nice and professional, communicative, and walked me through step by step the parts and functions of the door when they finished, assuring me that it was installed and working properly. I was very satisfied with the installation. It’s 5 stars for me!

  Both Alex Roberts and the people I spoke with on the phone were absolutely great. At first, they were not sure if they could get me in on Saturday, short notice. But an opening came up and they went the extra mile to fit me in. Alex was very good about explaining things in general, as well as answering all my questions. I wholeheartedly would recommend them and plan to use them when it’s time for a new garage door. Thanks again Ingstrup Garage Doors!

  Great experience. We had broken spring, Charlie mentioned the exact problem and gave us multiple options & talked through what might be best for our house/needs. Never tried to sell something we didn’t need. Engaged with our kids, was friendly and got the job done. Even did extra to tighten the chain to reduce noise, which was not part of the problem. Couldn’t speak highly enough of him

  Alexander came out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. He was thorough, courteous, and was time efficient. He even made one small adjustment after demonstrating functionality after it was done (something I didnt catch). We were quoted higher and other "fixes" were pushed by another company that were not needed when we originallygot quotes. This only increased my trust in going with Ingstrup (who also ldid a full safety inspection). I would definitely recommend Ingstrup and Alexander in particular.

  We had a fantastic experience with Ingstrup, and specifically with our technician Caleb Meyer. When our garage door broke (off the track and stuck open) on a Friday evening, we were worried we'd need to wait until Monday at the earliest to schedule. But luckily we could easily schedule online for an appointment first thing on Saturday. Caleb did a full workup of the issue and was able to solve it without us needing a new door. We really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us (we went into this assuming we'd need a replacement) and instead worked diligently to find the most affordable and safest solution. He talked us through every step and made sure we understood all our options. We will absolutely be working with Ingstrup again if we need any future repairs or when the time comes for a replacement.
