  After dealing with 90 degrees inside our home the last two days, I am so happy to feel cold air coming from the vents. Not only was Joe friendly and funny he was also professional and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time getting to the root of the problem. Would highly recommend and I will, to friends and family. Thank you Joe for giving me and my fur babies some much needed relief from the heat.

  I usually go with the cheapest price but have heard a lot of good things about Hager Fox so I had them out for an estimate. The professionalism the sales representative displayed caught my attention. So we went with them for a complete ac and furnace replacement. The professionalism was carried over to the lead installer Zachary Prichard. His work was perfection. Clean and crisp work. Attitude was very respectful to all my questions and answered in a professional manner. Highly recommend Hager Fox but can only account for the work Zachary Prichard did. I can’t say much about the longevity of service, but from all the information I received they seem to have it all together. No worries they will sustain their commitment to making sure our needs are met.

  Larry Neuman came to troubleshoot the furnace as the previous technicians failed to do a good job installing it. Not only Larry fixed it, he pinpointed the issues immediately. He communicated with my wife and I regarding the unit, as previously we weren't told. Larry is very knowledgeable and great at hos job. Hagerfox is lucky to have a such a valuable employee. When you get your units from Hagerfox, make sure you request Larry Newman. Larry and Larry only. His experience shows. From 1 to 10 I'll rate Larry over 1000.

  Eric and his team did a phenomenal job replacing my furnace and ac unit. They were all very polite, knowledgeable and gave me step by step updates as they worked so I was always aware of where they at. I’m highly impressed with the entire process of scheduling with Hager Fox from my initial contact, the quotation process with Jeremy and the actual service with Eric. I definitely recommend Hager Fox, this team and will not be hesitating to use again in the future.

  Technician Adam Graves called ahead to make sure arriving a bit early of our appointment would be convenient. It was and Adam arrived shortly thereafter. Adam had provided superior maintenance service for our heating system last year. He was familiar with our layout and access points. He has a personable welcoming manner and quickly got started on my air conditioning unit. Adam kept me informed of progress and asked about any questions I may have had. He was efficient and professional. Superior service. I will seek his assistance as future needs arise.
