  Joe was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure we understood everything. You can truly tell that HVAC isn’t just a job to him—it’s something he is passionate about, and that really shows in the quality of his work and the care he puts into helping his customers. He was thorough, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He even cleaned up some mouse remnants he found in our AC unit, which was definitely not something we wanted to deal with ourselves! 😂 He took care of it without hesitation and made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly. It’s such a relief to have someone come into your home who you immediately feel you can trust. We had an excellent experience with Joe and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Hager Fox is lucky to have him on their team—thank you, Joe! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I truly appreciated the job Joe did- he was able to fix our air conditioning unit in a very short period of time. But also, he was very personable and gave me a few “maintenance tips” to help me keep the unit in good working order for the future. Thank you so much!

  Both Jay and his assistant worked extremely hard getting our furnace and AC exactly the way we wanted it. He was thorough in his explanation, easy to understand and easy for me to remember!! He went through the thermostat and then also how to link it on my phone by downloading the app. I feel very confident that I am going to have a good night sleep tonight!

  I completed the online appointment booking on Hager Fox’s website and was able to get a next day appointment. Joe came to repair my AC and did quick, fantastic work. He explained everything, was transparent and honest, and was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend both Hager Fox and Joe!

  The workers that came and installed everything were very professional and did awesome work I was very impressed and happy with there quick installation given all the extra they had to do I wld recommend them to anyone looking for central air units or a generator for home we got both and are loving it thanks everyone that had a hand in making our home that much more comfortable are whole family appreciates all they have done and we highly recommend them to anyone trying to better there home
