  Hager Fox was quick to respond and thankfully were able to schedule us very quickly when our a/c wasn't working during this brutal heat wave. Our technician Joe Rambo was great! Super nice and professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for the service we received.

  Larry Neuman came out late on a Friday to help me out. Very professional and had great advice for future maintenance as well. Very appreciated. Did a great job handling my issue and also took the time to set up an appointment for a new water heater. Thanks to his inspection I would have never known the water heater was ready to go. I would definitely recommend him and your company to others. Thank you for the outstanding service.

  Jami the service tech was outstanding. Upon arrival he asked for a brief explanation of the issue I was experiencing . He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Jami also took the time to answer all my questions. The fact that there wasn’t a rush to get in and get out gave me reassurance he was there to do the job and do it RIGHT! That’s service at its best. Hager Fox is a top notch company. Although I’m new to them as a customer, first impressions matter.

  Extremely helpful, explained in detail every step of each maintenance process start to finish. Made excellent suggestions for homeowner procedures for checking and changing furnace filters and humidity pads, along with keeping the outdoor A/C unit clean to allow good air flow and the importance of well maintained HVAC SYSTEMS & equipment! Absolute pleasure dealing with Angelo ! Truly appreciate the World Class Customer Service at its finest! I highly recommend this service technician!! Definitely 5+ Stars for service, politeness and knowledge!!

  I recieved AMAZING service today from my technician Larry Neuman! I requested him this season since he was a wealth of information last season on my HF Furnace/AC unit. that we had installed in 2021. Regular maintenance is free of charge. I did however purchase my filter at the visit (since my husband had not replaced it since 7/2025 🤦🏻‍♀️) Larry showed me what needs to be done and told me when to do those tasks and as a female homeowner it was very helpful to me. He was nice to my 2 Golden Retrievers who were barking at him while he was working, and even gave them some pets! Showed me how they are corroding my outdoor unit, gave me helpful suggestions on natural bug repellents and options to help me protect the unit from them lifting their leg!! Hopefully I was his last maintenance appointment for the day since I chatted his ear off about everything. His visit, humor and information was greatly appreciated. If you ever need service or maintenance, I highly recommend requesting Larry Neuman.
