Exceptional and timely work! Our home is now set for several years but if we need to replace our heating and cooling system again we are definitely going to call Hager Fox!!

Joseph did a great job and I would welcome them back anytime. His Van however, leaked Oil on my driveway. I am a stickler for a clean driveway and I will be out there cleaning it. In the future, I would like any of your service providers to come up the driveway with a vehicle that does not leak oil or park out on the street. Give me a sec

This isn’t the same Hager Fox that Replaced and Serviced my HVAC 15 yrs. ago. Two years ago I had HF do a tuneup on my furnace. The year before I had the heat exchanger replaced in my furnace under warranty, By another 20 year experienced HVAC technician. When Hager Fox Was here the next year they told me that it was done WRONG & it had carbon monoxide leaks. This made me very anxious, I then Got a second opinion from another reputable company. The new people who serviced it said there were no carbon monoxide leaks.. I ran it through an entire winter. No issues. And again this year, I had preventative maintenance done, The new company. No carbon monoxide leaks. So somebody’s story isn’t true. Hager Fox told me that it needs to come apart or the furnace NEEDS be replaced. Since Hagrr Fox Telling me, It needs replacement or to be entirely rebuilt. I’ve been running it for 2yrs now. No carbon monoxide leaks. It’s not the same Hagrr Fox it used to be. They used to be great, Don’t know what happened

Joseph did excellent work installing a 60 amp/ 240 volt sub panel in our garage. Joseph explained his plan to run the new electric service, making sure he understood our desired outcome. Couldn’t have asked for a better licensed electrician. He tried to minimize any noise during the installation. He also cleaned up the areas before leaving. We would highly recommend Joseph for any of your electrical needs. We have asked for a quote for additional electrical work.

I was disappointed with this service experience. From a technical standpoint, I noticed after the technician had finished that one of the humidifier duct connections had not been properly sealed. He had already left the house, and I had to almost run after his vehicle to get his attention and ask him to come back and seal the connection before leaving. The communication was also disappointing. The technician was unfriendly, seemed unwilling to explain what he had done, and did not appear patient when I asked questions about the installation. I expect a professional technician not only to complete the work carefully, but also to communicate respectfully and explain the basic details of the work when a customer asks. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its final installation checks and customer communication.
