Everything Is working great and I am looking forward to energy savings that this high-efficiency system gives me. Bill Reid treated us fairly and was very quick getting back to us.

- CRCarol RoundsJul 24, 20265.0Doty installed a new AC unit at my home yesterday with a smart thermostat. The installation went smoothly, and I am pleased with my new AC. Austin arrived on time and worked for much of the day. He and the other installer were very nice, and explained any changes that resulted from the change in equipment. I could not be here for the whole time, but the installers are bonded, honest, and did great work. I had to program the thermostat myself, because I left before the work was completed. Unfortunately I made a mistake in setting it up. I called to ask for help to correct my mistake. They sent Rob Stahl to help me. He was so nice and patient. He answered so many questions I had about issues related to my system. It was a great experience. There was no charge for his help. I look forward to working with Doty in the future.
