Extremely patient. I also think he really knows his stuff. So I always want him to come. He is also a very pleasant person
- DDDon DawsonJun 9, 20265.0Rob Stahl from Doty Service Network arrived when promised and greeted me in a very pleasant manner. He then explained what he was going to do to repair our AC. He replaced a failed capacitor and a shorted wire and in no time our AC was running properly. Rob is a great representative for Doty. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and fully answered my questions. Couldn't ask for more. Very pleased.
- MMMattJun 2, 20265.0If I could give more stars I would. I am beyond thankful for everyone at Doty who helped install a new water heater for me. My old one had went out completely late Friday night, I had initially reached out online Monday morning and thought I may be without it for another week. They were able to fit me in very quickly to install the new heater, and it seemed like everyone cared about getting my hot water restored since I was fully without more than I did. Thank you again to everyone who helped me! I had also had them install a central AC back in 2017, everyone was extremely helpful then and did great work as well. The system has worked great for nearly 10 years! I appreciate a well done job and it seems like they have some great technicians and supportive office staff.
