- LWLinda Wertz5 days ago5.0Ian was courteous, showed up at the scheduled time and asked questions to help him determine how best to address the issues I was having. It was necessary to replace my garage door opener and fortunately he had the equipment needed in his van. He was careful to make sure everything was aligned and working properly before he left. I would recommend Ian (and A1 Garage Door Service) to access/repair any issues you may have

- GSGreg ShawSep 28, 20265.0I was told by the tec that A1 couldn't install the door as it was rated commercial due to its size. He did refer me to another company that did work with commercial doors. Very courteous.
- JTJ. W TinySep 9, 20265.0Very thorough and complete. Had all info needed to make an educated purchase. Jazen was as friendly as u could ver ask for. Just a nice guy. Ez to talk to and answered any questions. Steven, the installer, was fantastic! Prompt. Clean. Worked at the job while doing his best to entertain me and my yapping (lol). Would highly recommend him to my family and friends! He walked me through everything and explained all the tech and wizardry of the new opener. A1 service isnt just their name. Its what they do apparently. Happy happy!
- SKSteve KrummSep 8, 20265.0Jazen did a fantastic job assessing the needs of my garage doors, while constantly keeping me informed . Jazen was very friendly, enthusiastic and highly professional. Jazen was very happy to answer all of my questions. I learned about the A1 Academy including the extensive training technician receive. Jazen told how the A1Academy changed his life and how much he loved being a member of the A1 Team. Mr. Mello, if you’re reading this: you’ve got a valuable employee in Jazen. He’s skilled, professional and a pleasure to deal with. And loves his career! I read your history on the internet and have great admiration for what you’ve accomplished. You’re the Bill Gates of garage doors! I’m going to buy your book so I can learn more about lessons you have to teach.
