Herbie was able to come out that morning, come to find out our pump wasn't even connected, so it was just pumping water into the same spot versus outside. It was also 12 years old, we opted to replace it along with some pluming, super happy with the service, he also took the time to explain a lot of items in our house to us. We had a different plumbing company out the day before who had missed this issue, happy with the service provided by Butler's and how fast they had it fixed.
