Jeremy was very patient with me when explaining the reason why our AC stopped working. He was able to fix it by replacing the capacitor. He was upfront an honest and told us that he could not guarantee how long this AC will last (1990 Lennox). We just got a new roof In May and cannot afford to replace our AC now, but when we do, it will most likely be with Vredevoogd. Thank you!

We lost our heat the first of May and Vredevoodg came out, explained the situation and was able to schedule the heater to be replaced the next day. Due to age we had the air conditioner replaced as well. The 3 young men that showed up to do the work were courteous and professional. They got the 2 units replaced, removed the old units and all with the one day. Excellent people, excellent work!

Jim V made his second visit, first time our primary AC unit after another technician misdiagnosed our problem. He was able to diagnose the real problem and get our unit back in service, great job.
On his second service call, our second unit stopped working , this unit had a significant problem, but over a period of time he was able to solve the problem.
Jim V is an outstanding technician, he kept us informed and i was very impressed with his troubleshooting skills.

I've had a service contract with them and have now twice had to reschedule my annual maintenance because they felt customers without AC were more important to take care of. Now that I'm trying to schedule my 2nd appointment, their next availability is over a month away. Unacceptable and I will be canceling my contract after my maintenance is done.

Your technician explained to us how our thermostat works. We did not know that when the power shuts down due a storm, the thermostat does its own thing and needs to be reset for temperatures. I thought there were batteries in the thermostat that would reset the clock and the settings. Information we did not know. Jill would set the thermostat each day for the warm or cold temperatures she wanted, but the thermostat was doing its old thing. Thanks for your help and for not charging us for the service call! Our mistakes, but things we did not learn when the system was installed a few years ago. Thanks
