  Eli did a great job. He was very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing as well as walk me through possible changes. He spent a lot of time cleaning my unit, checking it over, troubleshooting, and making recommendations. A real professional that made sure he provided the best service possible.

  The Vredevoogd installation team of Josh H, Daniel A, and lead technician Cody D were very polite and professional. They performed excellent work installing my new furnace and air conditioning. Steve F in sales was very thorough and took extra time to make sure we were getting the products we needed for our home. They will be installing a whole home generator here soon. I highly recommend this company.

  I was very disappointed with my experience. We paid $99 for a service call because our air conditioner kept blowing fuses. The technician was unable to identify or fix the issue during the visit. After the appointment, my husband cleaned the outdoor unit himself, and the air conditioner started working properly. It was frustrating to pay for a service that didn’t resolve the problem or provide a clear diagnosis. We called the company to explain what happened and requested a refund for the service call, but we never received a return phone call. The lack of communication was just as disappointing as the service itself. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend this company. I hope they improve both their troubleshooting and their customer service.
