I called the morning my shower cut out on me. I was scheduled for an emergency appointment. I waited for a call all day. At the end of the day I was told that I would have to wait until the Tuesday after the 4th of July (about a week).
During the week my pressure tank was intermittently failing. The tech came to my house today while I was at work. He only turned on the spicket outside and called me claimed "I can't fix what isn't broken". He didn't inspect anything. Tonight my water started coming out cloudy and smelling different. There was a problem. It was ignored.
Who knows how much damage has occurred while I was waiting for Service Professor.

While the technician was pleasant to work with, we were grossly overcharged for our service.
We were told that it would cost almost $600 to fix a circuit issue which we begrudgingly paid because we had waited so long to get on their schedule. The first appointment we had with them they actually cancelled the day they were supposed to show up and we had already requested the time off of work to accommodate their availability.
When it was all said and done, the technician was here for two hours at most, changed two outlets and did not fix the circuit issue so our lights still flicker. At most the material cost $30 and the technician’s time $200.
I had reached out several times to dispute our charge and was told I would get a call from management within 48 hours. No call. I ended up calling them again and was told I might get a call back but it was no guarantee. Customer service seemed to have no idea what to do or how to handle my issue.
I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone unless. Highly unprofessional and over-priced.

Jerry was awesome. Honestly we were going to shop a few other dealers but Jerry was so great we just decided to do business we you and not shop anymore. TY so much for everything!!! Andrew Miller was our installer and he and his crew couldn't not have been more efficient, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They put out furnace in in one day. They left our home exactly like it was before they arrived!! TY Service Professor. We will recommend you to anyone that we know that needs service!!

Never deal with these people. They dont do their jobs and blame everyone else. On week two of no power and the inspector says service professor never sent paperwork and service professor says they did. I still have no power! Run away from this business and fast! In the end they didnt do their job and send paperwork to inspector like they promised, but tried gaslighting me into believing it was my fault. Horrible business!!!!!!! Management isnt any better. The same gaslighting and refusing to apologize. The manager finally said I am sorry you feel that way. Not for their screw up, but because I was upset. Then bragged avout overnighting the documents today for $30. All wgile they charged me $2400 for a $1000 job! Scam artists is what they are!🤦🤦♂️ And the BS response is not the way you really are. Your manager made it clear that he is a scammer!!!!! I have veen waiting a week on a call from upper management with zero effort on your part!!!!! You lie!!!!!! I had to get another electrician to try to straighten this horrible mess out! And they are straightening out other messes you left in Sturgis Michigan. You have my number if you really cared!!! You do you! I am filing a lawsuit.

What I did like was that I thought I was being explained everything that I needed to know upfront. I also like the fact that that Landyn showed up on time, I didn’t get a picture that I was explained that I would get.
What I didn’t like was that I was told the price was $99. Landyn came in an said that it was $104, $99 for the service and $5 for gas.
That was not explained to me at the beginning. I explained to customer service what I had going on with asking for an estimate because that’s what their site says. However she explained that they didn’t do estimates and that they would do the assessment and if needed they would run the camera. Advised that if I agreed to the camera that day it was free but if they had to come out it would be a charge.
When Landyn came out he told me that he would work on the job but if I wanted the camera run that the would come back out and do it.
I explained to Landyn that was not how it was explained to me, he then said that he could do it. To be honest, I got the vibe from Landyn that he was unsure of the job he was going to be doing, so I asked him. He reverted back asking me if that’s what I thought.
Long story short, Landyn DID NOT CLEAN MY DRAIN and still took the payment!
I asked him if he could have a supervisor to follow up and he told me even if they did they still wouldn’t be able to clean my drain. Needless to say I was 😡, I paid for a service that was not even done.
I called Quality Plumbing and Drain for a second opinion WITHOUT even telling them about this encounter and they came in at 3:50 PM and was gone before the hour was up and cleared the drain.
Landyn was telling me that they needed to blow the drain out and that it would cost $1575 and if that didn’t work out it would cost 10-20k.
You guys left a bad impression on me. It almost made me feel like… $$$$$$$$$$
That’s terrible 😞
Needless to say I would not have any interest in calling them back.
