Ryan carefully examined what I needed to repair. He made some suggestions and tried to save me some money, which I appreciated. What he did repair was done exceptionally well. My adult girls were inside the house, my windows were open, they could hear Ryan talking to me. Later, they told me they noticed how kindly he spoke to me and how thoroughly he explained everything. They were impressed with this and his professionalism. Service Professor is a great company from wonderful customer service to qualified and caring technicians.

We had trouble with our kitchen drain it was plugged up and would barely drain. After further inspection by their team it was discovered that our drains were back pitched. Meaning our drains were not draining but holding water. Not to mention our pipes were old galvanized steel in some areas and clay in others. Dillan and his team arrived Thursday morning and made their plan and cut out the concrete and dug out the dirt to get to the pipes. They worked diligently and professionally to complete this difficult job in just two days. They replaced all the old with new. I definitely recommend Dillan and Service Professor for any of your needs.

Extremely happy with the service. I do not write reviews however when I got the email to write a review, I was 100% for writing this review. They were Nice helpful and explained everything upfront and after they were done. Extremely professional. They will be the only electrical company we work with moving forward. Out of all the people that we had to deal with throughout our loss of electricity they were definitely the ones that showed the most urgency, the most care and the most willing to do whatever they needed to do to help get the power back on. We had to bring our house up to the new code while having a new breaker panel installed with an external shut off.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called these guys for some help with my richmond tankless water heater coding out. The guy arrived and didn't feel the need to introduce himself at all, just asked where the machine was. As soon as we made it downstairs the first words out of his mouth were "why didn't you go with a Rheem or Rinnai? We don't install or know anything about Richmond" (RICHMOND IS OWNED BY RHEEM DUMBY) after he was done belittling me for the water heater I could afford to buy, I asked him if the 3" exhaust was acceptable, to which he said "ya, youve got your grade and its exaughsting, I see no issues" after confirming this with me he asked me if I had any pipe wrenches... to which I told him I do, but they're buried in my shed. He then reluctantly walked out to his truck for HIS TOOLS. Came back, used his pipe wrenches to check if we were getting gas (code 11 is a gas issue according to the manual) and confirmed we had gas. After that his next question to me was "well did you call the customer support line? They're gonna know more about these units than we will since we don't work on them" at this point I should have just told him to leave.. however after having semco, and two other hvac companies out, I was feeling pretty desperate to have some warm water for my family. Next he decided to open up the water heater. Now in order to do this, he needed to use MY DRILL AND MY SCREWDRIVER because AGAIN, he didn't bring any tools on the jobsite. Once open he just pretend to read the manual for about 10 minutes. Giving up and LEAVING MY WATER HEATER OPEN he says "I'm not sure what the problem would be. Let me go write you up some pricing options and I'll be back" 20 mins later I went outside to be told "if you want me to call the customer support line and diagnose with them, it'll be $500 an hour and that's just for diagnoses. We would also need to start by re-exaughsting the machine to get it up to code which will be another 7-800 dollars" the very exhaust he had JUST TOLD ME he saw no problems with. I obviously told him I'll be doing neither of those options. To which he responded with a slight smile and an invoice for 80$. I paid 80$ for a con artist to come into my home with NO TOOLS and PRETEND to do work, and just tell me to call customer service, and not even close my water heater that he needed MY TOOLS to open. I have since reached out to the office about this and was told a "service representative" will be in contact to discuss the visit and potential reimbursement. Guess who never received a call back? Guess who will now have to help the office do their jobs, just like I had to help their service technician? USE ANY OTHER COMPANY
