- ABAnne BohlMay 26, 20265.0Our hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. We called at 8:00am Monday morning and they were there by 9:00. From the person who takes the call to the gentlemen that did the work, they were fabulous!!! We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and this far exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely only use them in the future when something comes up.

He helped walk through the work that would need to be done to address the issue and was very professional the entire time. Even when wrapping up the work, he showed pictures of what was done and made sure our needs were met before departing. For an unfortunate situation, it was a great experience. Would recommend!

And they said they don’t service Battle Creek on an email instead of calling me, I cannot get anybody that wants to put air conditioning units in. What’s the matter with people anymore nobody wants to work, very disappointed
