  Our hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. We called at 8:00am Monday morning and they were there by 9:00. From the person who takes the call to the gentlemen that did the work, they were fabulous!!! We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and this far exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely only use them in the future when something comes up.

  Working with Matt was great! He is very professional in every way and he and his crew were great on a sewer connection at my home they did all they said they would do and more. If you are looking for a plumbing contractor you can not go wrong with preferred plumbing. Lee Wolfe

  My wife and I had been planning a new bathroom in our basement for a few years. As anyone that has taken on a project like this worries, how do I pick the right contractor? Will their work be worth the money and will we regret our decision to go with this contractor. Well, if you are smart and want a job done that is above and beyond you expectations. Then don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call Preferred Plumbing. Matt and his team are the consummate professionals! As with every big project, there are some curveballs. Matt took them all in stride and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and done right. Even when things that were out of his control went sideways. He was right there to make it right. Everything they did for us was first rate. And every one of his crew that came into our home were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Check this worry off your list, your in good hands! Having them back to set the fixtures. I will update with photos! Thank you so much Matt!!

  They made me an appointment from an email gave them my address thought I was all set. then I just looked back at my email because they were supposed to come today from 2 to 4 to make sure that I have the right day and time. And they said they don’t service Battle Creek on an email instead of calling me, I cannot get anybody that wants to put air conditioning units in. What’s the matter with people anymore nobody wants to work, very disappointed
