- ABAnne BohlMay 26, 20265.0Our hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. We called at 8:00am Monday morning and they were there by 9:00. From the person who takes the call to the gentlemen that did the work, they were fabulous!!! We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and this far exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely only use them in the future when something comes up.
- LWLee WolfeAug 1, 20255.0Working with Matt was great! He is very professional in every way and he and his crew were great on a sewer connection at my home they did all they said they would do and more. If you are looking for a plumbing contractor you can not go wrong with preferred plumbing. Lee Wolfe
- RTRyan TannehillMay 18, 20185.0I was able to talk to the owner, Matt, and we exchanged email about a small plumbing problem I had. I was able to solve the problem myself but he provided very helpful info without having a plumber come out and charging. Puts customer first over profits. Highly recommend.
