  Grayson From John Grace Restoration did an amazing job. He called and was able to arrive earlier than anticipated and was professional and courteous the entire time. They did a great job cleaning up and removing everything that was needed.

  Had a great experience with the Jon Grace team today. It started as a stressful morning with our retail store flooding but we were able to open the same day thanks to Jen, Eddie, Connor, Chris, Cooper, and Jayce. Highly recommended!

  My condo sustained water damage from a leaky roof and poor maintenance from the building owner. John Grace did the water mitigation and restoration work to repair the floors, ceiling and walls damaged from the leak. They communicated well throughout the process, were on time, and made sure I was happy with the work prior to completion. I recommend them as a local vendor that takes care of their own in the community.

  Our home in Colony Woods neighborhood in Kalamazoo, Michigan suffered catastrophic structural damages during the May 7 tornadoes. Our realtor contacted John-Grace and company and they had boots on the ground by 8 AM the following morning! We contracted with them as our GC to oversee the restoration and reconstruction of our home. From the very beginning they supervised the workers who were securing our home and then began the process of cleaning up the storm damage. Over the last five months we’ve had nothing but positive outcomes from our affiliation with John-Grace and Company. We also have to mention that our friends at Auto-Owner’s Insurance and John-Grace have been very conscientious, supportive in the rebuild of our home, and highly communicative. The Kalamazoo John-Grace team, as well as their subcontractors, are VERY responsive, courteous, professional, and highly skilled at what they do. We cannot say enough about John-Grace and Company and how they made this catastrophe manageable. We highly recommend John-Grace and Company and their services! Special shout-out to Ben Nyenhuis, Brian Johnson, Dan Lunsford, Matt Mingori, Adam Reaume, Jess Boughner, and Zakk Vallance! We’re not fully rebuilt yet, but we’re close!
