  Everything went extremely well - from making an online appointment, to direct contact with Clean Earth, and then the actual septic cleaning/ pumping appointment. Ray was able to come earlier than expected (after checking to make sure that was okay) and he did an excellent job explaining the system. Although it was a scorcher - Ray worked diligently to get the job done and let us know when he was finished. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly and then gave us a status report on the septic system - especially important since this was our first time getting this septic pumped. He was professional and we appreciated how thoughtful he was regarding the $20 off coupon. Excellent service!

  Hunter was very professional and very knowledgeable in his field. He advised us that we should have our Septic and Drywell systems pumped every three to five years. Preferably three years. Hunter was surprised that we had two different systems needing pumping, as generally drywell for kitchen and laundry go through the septic system. Ours are separate and the original systems since our house was built by my husband’s dad in 1953. We will definitely be using Clean Earths business again in three years.   Great experience and would highly recommend! Ray gave excellent service and went above-and-beyond to troubleshoot some septic tank issues caused by roots and was able to clear up the issues. Very professional and friendly.
