I mean no disrespect and you are right I gave a lot of businesses 3 stars because that's my honest opinion. I went down the list of places I've "visited" or general experience and or word of mouth depending on on places. To myself 3 stars isn't bad... I see it as a "Fair" rating for a normal place of business besides just yours. Again I'm sorry that i made you feel like i used you as a pawn or something. I'm just trying to catch up on ratings and edits id been meaning to do. If it helps i barely ever give out 5 stars and 4 stars is only when i have had a great all-round experience.
- JMJeri McCabeAug 4, 20191.0We contacted south central for an estimate after our basement was flooded and had water damage. Steve came out and said to give him 3 or 4 days and he would email the estimate. Bragged on 40 years of experience and has done work with State Farm before. After two weeks we did not hear from him. I called and was told by the office girl that they have been busy but it’s on his desk. Another week goes by and still no phone call or email. I make another call and Steve got on the phone and acted like this wasn’t a big deal. He says to me in all honesty he had not did the estimate and would have it to us by Monday. Well folks it has now been another 3 weeks and we have not received a phone call or email. I would not let these people in my home when they can’t communicate. I have called my State Farm agent and let them know not to use this contractor. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed customer!

- CNchris norrisMar 20, 20161.0Parents house was worked on by this company. Worse work I've ever seen. Had to go back through the house and redo a lot of work. Holes in the walls covered by medicine cabinet. Had to repaint walls and dry wall work and much much more. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
