  Adam and Joe did an excellent job . I would highly recommend them if you need garage door work. Overhead Door is a great company.

  All of the individuals I worked with from Overhead Door Company were courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. Adam and Joe installed my new door in no time and left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived.

  I needed an opener for my barn door. Darryl and Tommy came out the next week and did a great job. Pricing was reasonable. Thanks.

  Called on a quote I had in with Ben. Was told he was on lunch this was Friday 8/14/26. I said okay have him give me a call back. When he is back. I had make an adjustment to the size of the door. Just realized I never got a call back. Ran into a tech that worked there Monday 8/17/26 and asked him if they could let Ben to call me and gave them my name so he isn’t quoting the wrong size. I went bigger on my barn and bigger door. And still haven’t heard back. I called doors unlimited. They gave me a price on the phone. Well price range. Depending on options and insulation style etc. called Ann Arbor door they did the same thing. But sent me some side by side quotes of the different options price wise. And the color options from both of them. Asked if Ben or another salesman could come out. Which I did with the others and show me the colors etc options. The other 2 had by Wednesday afternoon when I had time to meet with them. Obviously not at the same time. But no call back from Ben no nothing. I’m sure the tech sent him a text. As he pulled his phone out and texted somebody Atleast looked like what he was doing when he was grabbing his lunch. Honestly haven’t heard great things about this place. And the negative reviews give some details of why not to call them. Just figured I would go with a nationally backed brand. Seemed a bit safer. Then a couple of the other guys. Doors unlimited just got a 25k check from me Friday for my door. 26x22. Full view on my toy barn. Operator and all. If you guys are that busy you can’t whip up a quote and come take a look or even respond back so I can tell you I went 4ft wider on the door. So you can accurately quote and come out and show me the finish options. I’m sure I can google them. But why should I have to guess on the screen when they have sample color swatches I’m assuming like the other 2. According to salesman from the other 2 they have had a few people recently that tell them the same thing about overhead door. It’s who we use at work and they can seem to show up for service work there but apparently coming to quote a project Ben at overhead just can’t do it. Have also heard they charge out the behind for service work. I hear the techs care and make sure the customer is happy and understands everything that is going on with there door and how they corrected it and are great. But sales team needs to step it up. Or them boys ain’t gonna have jobs to do.
