  Grimes plumbing has far exceeded my expectations. The techs that came out were extremely nice and quick! I called this morning at 8 AM for an emergency issue with my sewer pipes leaking into the basement. They were at my house by 9 AM, with them completing the job by 10 AM. Bonus points, it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Very reasonable pricing. Will be recommending and using them for future projects! Thank you for taking what was a very stressful situation and turning it into a great experience where we can relax.

  I really wanted to find a good plumbing company that didn’t try to charge a crazy amount… I liked David, he was thorough enough, though he left both the shower and under the sink with small leaks. Charging for labor (time spent at the house), he was a little too chatty, seemed to try to stretch out the time and his pay check. The work was way overpriced, considering I also told him we didn’t need one task done (which is as less time/less work). We could have went with another bid and had another company we hadn’t not worked with yet do all the work for less but we went with Grimes because they did a decent job on a prior job. Unfortunately, we’ll not be a return customer. Wayyyy overpriced.

  I really wanted to have a good experience but I did not. Dave was the worst person that could have come to work on my plumbing. From the moment he walked in the door he had the worst attitude and it was obvious he didn’t want to work that day. He didn’t read the work order. Then tried to tell me he couldn’t do any of the work that day. He tried to talk me out of my well filter. He refused to replace my sink, saying he was above that work and said it needed to be a different measurement when in fact it did not. I had someone else come do the work for my sink. When it came to my sewer line, he said he didn’t think it would work. Yet he did the work, then said it won’t work. I was charged for that work that doesn’t work. He also showed up late, didn’t have the supplies needed for the work. I was charged for an hour he wasn’t even at my house. He was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this company for anyone that wants quality work. Dave consistently said he was the best they had, but his work and attitude didn’t show any quality at all. He ripped me off. Money wasted. He should have just called off work that day because it was obvious he just didn’t want to work. If you want quality work and someone to treat you with respect, don’t go with this company. Waste of my time and money. He told me to call and schedule the work I asked for that day, again. Someone would be crazy to call and make a work order for the same work order again after being charged and being treated with disrespect.
