  I really wanted to have a good experience but I did not. Dave was the worst person that could have come to work on my plumbing. From the moment he walked in the door he had the worst attitude and it was obvious he didn’t want to work that day. He didn’t read the work order. Then tried to tell me he couldn’t do any of the work that day. He tried to talk me out of my well filter. He refused to replace my sink, saying he was above that work and said it needed to be a different measurement when in fact it did not. I had someone else come do the work for my sink. When it came to my sewer line, he said he didn’t think it would work. Yet he did the work, then said it won’t work. I was charged for that work that doesn’t work. He also showed up late, didn’t have the supplies needed for the work. I was charged for an hour he wasn’t even at my house. He was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this company for anyone that wants quality work. Dave consistently said he was the best they had, but his work and attitude didn’t show any quality at all. He ripped me off. Money wasted. He should have just called off work that day because it was obvious he just didn’t want to work. If you want quality work and someone to treat you with respect, don’t go with this company. Waste of my time and money. He told me to call and schedule the work I asked for that day, again. Someone would be crazy to call and make a work order for the same work order again after being charged and being treated with disrespect.

  I called around noon for service on a bad pressure tank and by 4pm it was replaced cleanly and professionally. Very appreciative of the kind technician and prompt service. Highly recommend!

  David was able to help me not have to tear a wall out to replace my shower handle. He was very professional, efficient, and kept me informed about my choices. I will use them again in the future when I find myself needing a plumber.
