Dan called about 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival window to let me know he would be at the house shortly. When he arrived, he introduced himself, listened to the issue we were having with the water softener, and then fixed the problem.

The sales process was easy and low pressure. My concerns and requests were listened to. Scheduling installation was easy and I didn't have to wait for an installation date. It didn't take long to install, set up and test the system. Brandon, the installer was prompt, courteous and very friendly. His workmanship looks great.

I highly recommend CGC. I had an appointment next week, but they were able to come today and they promptly came at the beginning of their time slot. The technician was highly knowledgeable and very efficient!!! I also ordered salt and he took it to the basement, which was very nice!

CGC Home Services who installed a reverse osmosis system in my home is one of the best companies I have ever used. They are very competent and friendly and responsive to my calls. They use quality products and the employees are very skilled at their trade. I highly recommend CGC Home services for any plumbing or water purification systems

Justin was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Justin informed us that a part needed to be ordered, he took the time to make sure he ordered the part ASAP and made sure that he scheduled us to come back as soon as possible to install the part. We appreciate his professionalism and patience. His experience as a professional plumber really showed and I would recommend Justin to anyone who needs assistance with their plumbing services.
