  We have done business with CGC for many years and recently in replacing our Kinetico water softener, RO system, water heater and pressure tank. This specific service call was routine maintenance and extra filters / salt. As always, we experienced the highest quality customer service experience we could have hoped for. Jordan was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, courteous and efficient.

  Brennan was knowledgeable of the situation and he took care of the problem in a very timely manner! Shout out to the gentleman on the phone who helped me with getting my problem fixed right away! I had a pipe issue. I will use this company as my go to for service and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

  Working with Kade from CGC was great. I am really pleased with his work and CGC's support in repairing my Kinetico water softener. Kade is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand the issue and repair my system quickly. I would recommend Kade and CGC for any work you may need. What I am not happy with is the actually Kinetico water softener system itself - way to many repairs needed - and now almost out the parts warranty. I find myself not recommending Kinetico and recommend you consider other water softener solutions.

  Nikolas is the consummate professional. He fully explained what he was going to do, did the work, and then provided a thorough explanation of the systems after the install was completed. He also provided a detailed explanation of future service requirements and the mechanics involved in changing out the filter. Very happy with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Nikolas.

  We knew what part we needed because it was obviously cracked. We were told it couldn't be purchased and could only be repaired by a technician at $125 service call. It was a simple part that we could have easily replaced if we could have purchased it. We had no choice but to pay to have a technician out. When he came he had the wrong part (not his fault). His order said we needed an o ring but we needed a housing for a filter. He didn't have that with him so we had to schedule another service call at our inconvenience. Very poor customer service . Our technician was very apologetic.
