I did business here for years buying hydrogen peroxide salt and reverse osmosis (RO) water, but after multiple instances of poor service and zero accountability, I will never return. My issues started when Grant’s son Cory when he brought a trainee to service my system. The trainee failed to prime the system after changing the control panel on the on the hydrogen peroxide system, completely screwing it up. Because of their lack of supervision and negligence, the membrane had to be replaced and they forced me to pay for it on my own nickel. The final straw happened recently. While cleaning out my garage, I found five 5-gallon carboys from Water Boy. I loaded them up and brought them back strictly to collect my deposits, explicitly stating I did not need them refilled since I am on city water now. All five carboys clearly came from Water Boy Ida. However, they refused to refund my deposit for the fifth carboy, claiming they "only had four on record." To make matters worse, not only did they refuse to refund my money, but they also kept the fifth carboy instead of returning it to me. Save yourself the headache. This business does not care about long-term customers, refuses to own up to their technical mistakes, and will happily shortchange you on your way out the door. Never again.

We were Culligan customer and called them for a leak on our older softener system. A tech came out and diagnosed the need to replace the seal. He called his boss and was told not to fix but that weneeded a new system. Charge was $165 for nothing. Today Conner, a tech from Water Boy came to provide service. He quickly identified the seal leak and repaired it with no problem. The cost was with repair, was less than Culligan! Connor was a breath of fresh air! His professionalism, knowledge and friendly personality made my day. We will definitely be using Water Boy for all our future needs! Thank you Connor!
