  Ashley showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected. I was unable to accommodate so she came back. She's knowledgeable, friendly, professional, thorough, honest, and goes above and beyond. I found it absolutely amazing that Titan sent me a full profile on my technician so I knew ahead of time and was gong to love my XL breed puppy.

  James was very knowledgeable with his profession. He was very upfront about what the expenses would be, but i still find it quite expensive for an hour and a half visit that mostly involved using my plunger on the shower drain, and a quick 15 min try with the drain snake. James offered advice based on his knowledge of plumbing and his experience with other homes in the neighborhood and really made me feel good about the whole experience. I’ve only had the house for about 6 months and to be honest the drain is working better than I’ve ever seen it working. But it is definitely far from perfect. I would definitely call James out again whenever I have a plumbing or septic issue and trust that he’s going to steer me in the right direction.

  Do NOT use this company. Intentionally misleading prices. 100% call around before using this company for ANYTHING. Their website is full of misleading pricing information, and they will not give you a quote when you schedule anything. When you call, you get an ai bot too. Probably so they can avoid telling you the truth. A sewer line inspection cost $500, when surrounding companies charge $250. The only sewer line diagnostic prices on their website say $99. You should absolutely be notified when scheduling what the actual price will be, if it’s different than posting. Not showing up at the inspection with a ridiculous price knowing n there’s a very limited window to have these inspections done. When called, the general manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The individual that came out to do my inspection was kind and professional, though. So this is obviously a management/owner deficiency.

  We had to make a last minute pivot to this company for a sewer line inspection. The website does not give any general pricing, not even "starting at x". The guy showed up, did not explain anything and just kind of shoved an agreement in my wifes face for the price. They will not give you any base starting prive whatsoever for fear that you will get angry with them if they have to do a smidge of extra work and overcharge you more. They already cost TWICE the surrounding companies. Then when you give them fair feedback in an email, the GM calls you and is very rude. I was very professional with him and he got very angry and said "everything in your email is bull". The gm cant handle feedback. Dont use this company. The tech was a really cool guy though.

  Called this company because no hot water was working. They came out and looked and said the tank was old and it would be better to replace. Pushed high pressure sales with a new 50 gal. Started work so fast and didn't explain or show any scope of work. $4800 for this. Flashed an ipad to show some pricing and then said they didn't know how any of the money aspects worked and it would be sorted at the end. We then questioned what was involved in the price to better understand what we were getting and they just said, "we mark it up to make money." After 1 phone call to express our concerns, the manager was very quick to become rude and ask, "Oh so you think you're a plumber now"
