  James was dispatched to my house to move a water softener that was originally installed in a carpeted closet by the company. When he arrived alone I was not impresses with the team sending him alone to do this job. He had to move the water softener to a 4ft crawl space.. mind you he is over 6 feet tall and did a fantastic job relocating the water softener that should never of been installed there to begin with. I was charged 600.00 they gave me credit of 100 for the home visit I paid for for them to tell he it was causing mold damage. I was not able to reach anyone there that was management after calling and leaving voicemails. My daughter tracked down management and they agreed to cut the estimate in half of 1500.00 from 700.00 to move something they installed.Thanks for all the help and will never use the business for any future plumbing needs.

  James noticed that my tank was 21 years old and said I definitely got a long life out of it. I went ahead and had him replace it with a new tank. He got it all done quickly and I have piece of mind

  Not happy at all. I rent the house that has had work done. This is the 3rd time we have had work done and nobody cleaned up after themselves. I'm sorry but if a company wants thousands of dollars for work, I would think the least they could do is cleanup after themselves.

  We had Titan Plumbing Group out of Howell come to our home to service our kitchen sink, which kept overflowing. Robert was our technician, and he did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of properly. It’s great to have someone show up who takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer is taken care of. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing Group, and especially Robert. We’ll definitely use them again if we need any plumbing work in the future.

  Andre did a great job. Friendly and professional. He was quickly able to provide and estimate and complete the job. We would use them again next time we have plumbing needs! Update: We reached out to Titan Plumbing to update our water line for our fridge, as they will not connect to older copper lines. We reached out to Titan and they said that this has been a frequent call that they have received recently and they could take care of it. They installed a plastic line but Lowe’s will only connect to a braided steel line. If they have received other calls, I’m guessing they completed it wrong for the other customers as well. We wasted $500 converting our water line, and it’s not compatible. I’m off to the hardware store to get an adapter to connect the line. Update: I paid in full after completion of the work. I initially posted a positive review. After Lowe’s delivered the fridge and told me the wrong type of line was installed, I modified my review. The company stated that they had received a bunch of calls recently for the same service and knew exactly what to do, but they didn’t. I updated my review to reflect the disappointment after Lowe’s could not connect the water line. Today I received an updated invoice from Titan Plumbing asking for more money, weeks after I paid the full amount. I am hoping it’s a clerical error and not predatory business practice. I have reached out to the company for clarification.
