  James did a beautiful job replacing all of our plumbing to our kitchen double sink...very neat..if I ever need future plumbing work performed I would call them back without hesitation....Thank You James.

  James is great at his job. We had a toilet pipe leak, water all over the floor. He came in and found the problem quickly. And, fixed it quickly. Less than hour in and out. He is also a personable guy. Five stars just for that smile.

  I had a split/break in my outside water line to my front spigot. I thought it could be accessed in the crawlspace, but I haven't had time to get under there (very tight space too). I decided I would outsource this job and boy am I glad I did. I wanted the best, so I contacted Titan as I heard their work was exceptional. I have NEVER hired a plumber before as I usually did my own basic plumbing and haven't had a need for a more experienced plumber. They called me within 5 minutes of the inquiry and scheduled my appointment. My window was 2-4pm. I was called around 10am and told they had opened up some availability and asked if they could come sooner. I absolutely agreed. Robert showed up on time, introduced himself and got to work on diagnosis. He found that the plumbing for the spigot was blocked off by the previous owner when the house was renovated, making access very difficult, especially inside of a crawlspace with MAYBE 18" clearance! I thought my day was doomed but Robert came through. He came up with a great plan to reroute the pipe and put in a new spigot with an access panel for any future work. He even removed the old one and sealed it up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got it done quick. The price was very reasonable too. I am super pleased with this experience, if I could give 6 stars, I would. Robert bailed me out big time. His knowledge and intelligence allowed him to improvise and solve my problem in a different way than I expected, with a result better than I had hoped for. He was also very pleasant to have in my home. Thank you, Robert! 10/10 would recommend Titan. They may be priced a tad more than your dad's best friend, but it's worth it for the ease of mind. Having an experienced plumber with a stocked truck whose work is insured has a price, and I am glad I paid it. Thank you, Titan!

  While Andre was courteous, he admitted to being new. Came in to check on our tankless water heater that was throwing an error code. Set off a fail safe valve that blasted water all in the open unit and wires and entire utility room. While he did use my towels to wipe down surfaces, the room remained mostly wet. Then the original quote for coming was $200 just to get him here, having him drench our utility room to then charged $350 in misc repair charge: which was for “cleaning internal sensors”. Likely from the water he himself sprayed inside the electrical unit. Total $550 for a hose down, dried with my towels and a quote for $7,600 dollar replacement as they only install Sensi brands. Which is wild compared to any other quote we got to replace the entire unit by at least $5,000. We will not be using this company again.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Titan Plumbing: I needed two bathroom faucet shutoff valves replaced. They would not provide an estimate over the phone. When the technician arrived, he spent 5 minutes glancing at the valves, and quoted me $960 to replace them. I declined, as that's 3x what I anticipated based on similar work completed by other plumbing companies in the past. Despite having spent 5 minutes at my property, Titan still charged $99 for the service call.
