- SWSteve WilbournJun 28, 20265.0We used Titan for an upstairs plumbing leak. The interaction to schedule was easy and the notifications were helpful. They had an earlier opening for service that they called us about and we were able to take advantage of. Spencer showed up and got right to work, answered all of my questions, and did a great job. He had to pivot his approach and had to cut into our ceiling. He cleaned up.the debris, which was appreciated. We have had contractors from other companys come in and leave a mess.

The $99 charge for estimate diagonals then applied to do thev work is an attempt to have you call them for an appointment. Lucky I was military and senior citizen the initial quote was substantially reduce. First time I used not sure I will do readily call time. Suggest you do a little on internet search before arrival your heart will thank you
