- JTJames TurnerAug 29, 20255.0We have used LSH on four major projects at our Holland, MI home since 2019 - (1) an entire first floor upgrade, include full kitchen remodel, (2) gut and remodel of three bathrooms, (3) construction of an impressive, soaring vaulted bedroom/bath suite over our garage in a space that used to be a cramped, non-functional attic, and (4) removal, redesign, and construction of an upper deck overlooking Lake Macatawa. Steve Hamberg and the LSH team consistently deliver the highest quality construction we have ever worked with, and we have done countless home construction projects in four cities. Their attention to detail with both their construction and their construction-related practices (e.g., meticulous cleaning up of the job site every day) is second to none. They are creative and often suggest brilliant ideas we hadn't considered, but those suggestions are never done in a pressurized, upselling manner. The team is remarkably responsive to all customer calls and extraordinarily pleasant to work with across the board. I cannot recommend Lake Shore Signature Homes highly enough!

I demand an eye for detail and expect the same with those I am working with. These boys are right on top of everything. Our time line was a big issue for us. I had heard so many horror stories of kitchens taking 3 months to complete. We had a very short window to work with and this was a total gut out of our kitchen. These boys blew it away! Less than 6 weeks we were up and running. Steve Hamburg, Very patient and always calm and ready to help in any advice you may need. Whatever you want in your home to build or remodel he will make it happen for you. He always makes you feel as you are part of the team. He works too many hours and always makes himself available to you. Steve loves what he does and it shows in his time, dedication and commitment to his work. Our carpenters Larry and Caesar were awesome! Loved to hear them sing ♫. Loved the way these two work together. It was as if one was the right hand, and one was the left hand. Smooth and clean. Loved it. You are very missed in our home. George Höegen the Electrician on this job site and any job in our home, has always been my favorite election in Holland. Always kind, always goes out of his way to help you. Good quality work at a much fair price. Our new kitchen is more than I could have ever expected. You all are Amazing.
