- CNChris Nienhuis6 days ago5.0We loved doing business with DeWaards. Supporting a local, family owned business is important to us. Their customer service is fantastic. Seeing the various window treatments displayed in the store and explained by Jim, the owner, helped us decide which was best for us. Chris came out and measured and brought samples which was very helpful. He and Justin installed them and explained how the remote works. Overall, we are extremely happy and impressed with our experience with DeWaards. I highly recommend using them!

Also, we ordered new custom drapes from DeWaard's and are very happy with the choices of fabrics that were available. As for installation of the new shades and drapes we ordered, Chris did a great job in making sure all details of the installation were completed to our full satisfaction and explained functionality of the remote and offered tips on settings and answered all our questions fully. We highly recommend using DeWaard Interiors and are very happy with the outcome of this project from start to finish!

The CORE Tec flooring color we ended up with is just right and the variations in the grain are too. Jim was very professional and asked us several times if we had any questions or concerns. The flooring exceeded our remodel expectations! The variety of products you offer is great and our Quartz Premier Stone countertops for our kitchen remodel we got from you are still looking awesome! The new blinds we have talked about are next and we will keep you posted on those!

Everyone that came into my home to work were responsible and honest. Jim made all the arrangements, and I so appreciate all he did for me. I couldn't have done it without him and the DeWaard family.
