I'm not sure how you know where to set the water softener at when you have no idea what the hardness of the water is that you're setting it for. I hope someone from the company reads this and calls me.

We were able to book a technician very quickly and Dan came to inspect our current system and tested our water. He said we’d need to replace our softener here, but he was honest and said that the water softener we got at our last house would be able to do everything we need it to here as well. They offered us a great price as a show of good faith for being a return customer and they were able to book a technician for later this week to install our new system. Great customer service, quick turnaround-around time, and a reliable, honest business model. I highly recommend heffernan to anyone who is in need of a new water softener or anyone who wants a consultation on their current system. Thank you Dan!
