I purchased topsoil from you guys. It was supposed to be screened topsoil screened topsoil does not have this much debris in it and this much rock I have been raking up rock since I got this in my front yard trying to grow grass and the dirt is full of rocks. I spoke to you guys on the phone. I’m not gonna ruin your rating, but I’m really disappointed. I expected some really nice laptop so I could grow some really nice grass and it looks like dogs after almost in the entire month. Like I said, you guys have always been pretty reputable and you have a nice rating so I won’t mess with your rating, but I’m definitely gonna voice my opinion. This is horrible. Rain or no rain it should’ve been restrained or something, but absolutely been a nightmare. I am 63 years old. I have planted a lot of grass done a major ton of landscaping and I gotta tell you there is no way from any standard topsoil. It’s backfill that was dropped at my home. If I had been home, I would’ve refused it as a matter of fact, I looked at it when I got home. I thought wow that’s the worst looking dirt I’ve ever seen. 181 dollars delivered to the same town is a little steep for this product.

By far the best selection of natural stone outcropping, step material, and wall stone lbs southeast Michigan. Very friendly and helpful staff. My business has been buying stone from this location since 2022 and we will continue to do so! Rock bottom always accommodates our needs, lets us choose our material, and has been extremely gracious with our tendency to make it to the yard late. It is nearly an hour drive from our location, but well worth the trip! Thanks for the great service!!

I needed a yard of garden mix and what Rock Bottom gave me was rock bottom. They loaded lumpy (1/2 foot blobs), wet clay that had uncompostef garbage in it. It was so bad that I could only repurpose it for 1 inch in the bottom of my planters as moisture control. I threw the rest away. I have gotten free soil than was much better grade than what they sold me. Other than that, the stores seem to have a decent selection of landscape supplies at premium prices

I'm a landscape contractor and have been to many landscape supply yards over the years and this place is the best. Teri and the crew are very knowledgeable and courteous. We have purchased many materials like brick pavers, limestone, boulders, mulch, edging and much more and they are all always high quality.
