  I signed a contract for asphalt seal coating back in February and ultimately had to cancel due to the lack of communication and follow-through. I was very patient throughout the process, but I consistently had to be the one reaching out for updates. The only time they attempted to schedule the work, it was the morning of, which is not reasonable for a service that had been pending for months. After months of waiting, I contacted another company and was able to get the work scheduled for the following week with one phone call, at a lower price. Based on my experience, the communication and scheduling process were very disappointing. I would not recommend them if you are looking for clear follow-up or reliable scheduling.

  Noticed my driveway was starting to wear down and figured it was time to get it fixed. Reached out and the whole process was easier than I expected, everything was explained in a simple way and scheduling didn’t take long. The crew showed up ready to go and handled the job without any issues. The driveway looks smooth and cleaned up the front of the place nicely.

  Reached out about some driveway issues and they made it easy to move forward. Communication was clear and there were no surprises along the way. The work was done well and it definitely looks better than before.

  I called 3-29 for a quote because another company did not get back to me. I spoke to the lady and she said somebody would come out and quote me by the weekend… they didn’t. I called back 4-7 and mentioned that I had called previously about a quote and she apologized and said she wasn’t sure how we slipped through. That’s ok, I understand things happen, took all my information again (what are the two major cross roads again) told me again that somebody should contact me to do a quote by the weekend. It’s now 4-16 and never heard anything again.
